For last 3 weeks I’m following up with customer care regarding wrong equipment delivered and installed. No response or calls or emails. If I call they are always giving same answer of 24-48 hours it will be resolved but no action.

    No engineer visited till now and my previous complaint JS [protected] cancelled without any notice and no one has come to fix the issue. I paid for ACMC in DEC 2020 and it was not activated till yesterday. I haven't seen such a worst service support. Engineer Pamila Rajender (pH no. [protected]) is least bothered to attend my complaint no matter how many times I followed up with him. I have been looking for further escalation process over online support so it reaches higher authorities to know what kind of service customers are receiving. Please send the engineer on priority.

      I am trying to get service from last one week. I have be calling their customer care number and email ID and all that but still there is no response from Team. RO was purchased in May 2021 and it is showing error and not dispensing water anymore. please support as we have to purchase bottles from outside and drink when we have this big useless box hanging in our kitchen.

        Respected Sir/MaimI am a Serving Soldier in Indan Army who bought your products from CSD Surya Canteen Lucknow. Your RO in my house was installed on July 13, 2020, under warranty, a serviceman in July 2021 to give service. After service, your product's parts getting damaged after 1 day of Home Warranty Expiry. So I would like to know about your products that you are manufacturing only for 1 yrs that your company is forced to take annual maintenance. So your service agency says if you do not have annual maintenance, then after 1 day of warranty you will get charged if you have any problem and your product gets spoiled within 10 days. I don't understand anything about this. You are requested either you repair my RO or I send you by post RO to your office. Your Service request No JS-[protected] & call closure code is 30291. My Contact No [protected].

            Mental harassment post dismantle request for more than a year

            I had rented a Livpure smart RO water purifier and was using it for almost a year until we had to move out from Bangalore on 10th August 2020. We have tried contacting Livpure customer support stating the situation of moving out well in advance on 28th July 2020(2 weeks time for dismantling). First of all the customer support agents were not responsive, unreachable most of the time though we managed to let them know also I have mail proof...

            On May 24, 2020 to the official mail id of livpure to dismantle the machine as I was leaving Bangalore in June. Additionally, I called them up, but there was no response to the request either on call or on mail. Again I send them a mail on May 29th, 2020 to tell them to pick up the device. But there was no response. Again on June 24th, 2020, which was a week after I left bangalore, I sent them a mail to pick up the machine if they want it....

            I raised request to change RO last month July 26th.Got the message with ticket id as JS-[protected].

            But the ticket(JS-[protected]) is assigned to several service guys, each one calls and asks for location. After sharing it in whatsup, he won't come. Till now issue is not resolved

            It is very bad service and irresponsible service represents from the livpure.

            your service guys are intrested only to sell the AMC to the customers not on doing the service.

              your service customer representatives are only intrested in making the customers in buying the AMC only, not for doing the service.

                I had purchased 2 air coolers of Livpure on 09.04.2021. Model is Chill 35. On 22.07.2021, I had requested a complaint No. JS-[protected] and was assured that the technician would contact me within 48 hours but no one contacted. Then on 24.07.2021 again I spoke to Livpure Helpline, some lady named Pushpa attended the call and told me my complaint in on 'top priority' and will be attended. Thereafter, since there was no response from Livpure, I sent them an email on their web page and received a response that my Ticket ID is 140024 and they will get back to me at the earliest. Today is 28.07.2021, still no response from Livpure. I would also like to mention that the helpline numbers on their web page do not work & with great difficulty, I managed to contact them.

                Thank you. Livpure executive finally attended yesterday and informed one part has to be replaced since under warranty and has promised to return in 2 to 3 days. Will keep you updated. thanks

                Unfortunately Livpure is most pathetic in their customer care approach. Someone called Mr. Raza (Phone No. [protected]) attended on 28.07.2021 & informed one part has to be replaced. Thereafter on 05.08.2021, someone from Livpure Mr. Pavan Rane (Phone No. [protected]) called and informed that the air cooler will be attended on 06.08.2021. Today i.e. 09.08.2021 still waiting as no one has bothered to contact me. I tried calling Mr. Pavan Rane but he refused to answer my call & thereafter his number was coming continuously busy. Please be careful of this hopeless company and I was contemplating purchasing a water cooler from them but after this, will never ever make the mistake again

                Complaint still not resolved. Mr. Rane is not attending my calls & sending SMS he is in hospital. This complaint does not look like its going to get resolved by Livpure. Pathetic, pathetic, unprofessional behavior of Livpure

                      I have opted for yearly AMC - Rs 5000 on 24th Feb 2021. I have raised my service request on 6th July 2021. First I got a mail like "Your service was expired". Then, I sent the receipt of 1 year AMC. I got a apology mail and got a feedback that their service engineer will visit the location. Now, It's more than two weeks and still no one visited. I even raised an escalation request and still no visit yet.

However, even after 2 weeks and repeated calls and emails they neither supplied the device nor activated the subscription.                         With due respect, i want to convey that i have taken AMC on 18.10.2020 for one year for my livpure Glitz silver. At the time of AMC the Livpure agent has told that after 110 days (AMC document attached) my RO Membrane will be changed but the agent who attended the 2nd service told that policy of the company has been changed and it will be replaced only after breakdown. Afterward policy changes can not deny the contract done earlier.
                        Kindly replace the membrane at the earliest.

                            I have taken livpure RO rental plan but unsubscribed due to service is very poor and i have unscribed in last month and RO pickup done on last 30th june, after that they are not providing me RO recieved confirmation on mail and 8 times i called to customer care number get no response from there side as every time they said field end confirmation pending.

                              Opened request multiple time, but no one ever responded in the company. Facing water issue, water leakage, excess waste water from last 2 months but service executive has not provided any proper service. We took insurance for 2 years cost rps 6500. Told us need to change membrane but has asked us for money. I membrane each year is free in the insurance. Company is not responding, facing terrible issues.

                                Hi Sir / Ma'm,

                                Yesterday Livpure Service Engineer visited our house, opened & checked the Water Purifier & said brain of the purifier is not working properly so need to replace it.
                                He kept open & went but still now not returned to replace the brain of the purification machine.

                                Note: Still the machine is kept open & he is not receiving our call. Kindly ask the Livpure team to close the cover on immediate basis & fix this issue asap .

                                  I had ordered a livepure smart RO on 19th June and paid 6 months advance subscription. Its almost a month now, running from one call center executive to another and another fake promising me that the machine will get delivered to me the next day or the delivery person will get in touch with me soon.
                                  Hear me out, if your planning to install one, don't!! its a big fraud. They dupe you of the money and give you mental torture. You cant even trust the word of the support executive as they all lie. from Manisha to Rajesh to Smirti and on and onn... i have spoken to numerous executive but they just lie. they wont even let you connect with the delivery executive or give their contacts. They wont even connect with the superiors. And yes, if you are planning to connect with the support executive, plan ahead and keep an hour of time with you as they put you on hold for 25 minutes. I have numerous call recordings to prove it.
                                  God help those who are taking subscription from them!

                                  Same thing is happening with me. I think we should gather more such customers who were cheated and then jointly file a legal case with damage charges
