I bought 3yrs amc, paid 9.5k for it to their executive Mr. Sachin Patil from Swara Enterprise. At the time of sale he told that technician would come & do the servicing every 4 month himself no need to book any appointment. now their executive Mr. Sachin Patil from Swara Enterprises has just disappeared. I called customer care & booked appointment still he is not coming & not even picking up calls. Tried calling so many times. this has happened 2 times with me. during the last servicing also he did not come or even answered my call.

      Team LivPure,
      I am writing this mail with high disappointment in the quality of services under AMC of my RO Machine and repeated FAKE Records generated by your Service people without my consents.
      • I purchased an 02-years AMC Pack in April-2019 with the commitment of preventive service 04 times a year and replacement of Filtering System 02 times a year. But in-spite-of multiple requests, only ONCE in these 02 years, the candles were replaced and all other times, the person only RESET the system so that this stops giving BEEP-Alarms.
      • When I again raised a complaint in March-2021, Mr. Deepak (Ph. +[protected] visited us and offered another 02-years AMC for the cost of 8500 (Bill provided for 8000 only) and offered us 04 Carbon Replacements, 04 Sediment Replacements, and 05 Candle Replacements in 02 years. (Screenshot of AMC Activation attached; CarePack Sr. No. CIF3BBB2023756; ICCR No. ICCR[protected]).
      • On the same day (15-March-2021), He replaced the candles and confirmed that this have been replaced under the previous AMC only and all services of new AMC are intact because new AMC will be active from 26-Apr-2021 only.
      • In the month of July (Date 12-July-2021), Mr. Deepak (Ph. +[protected] called me and asked me for an OTP for a new service logged in my name, BUT I denied to share the OTP because I did not placed any call. He kept on forcing me to share OTP, without any service (Not even visited my place) and I DID NOT share any OTP.
      • Minutes later, a new OTP came on my mobile but after that Mr. Deepak did not ask me and then I got a message that the call has been closed satisfactorily.
      • NOW my RO needs a service and when I am calling to Customer support, they gave the details and on 12-July-2021, one Complete Service has been given to me BUT THIS IS A FAKE SERVICE and I NEVER approved that.
      • Mr. Deepak keeps me calling asking for cash and other OTP favours that I do not want any more and I request you to please:
      1. Correct your records for the service given under this AMC
      2. Provide me service as promised in the AMC
      3. Take appropriate actions against such service men to avoid embarrassment to customers like me.
      • An early response and urgent actions on my request would be appreciable.

        I raised request for my subscription termination mid of July and based on that request my purifier was collected on 27th July 2021. I terminated it as I was moving out of my apartment that week. I was told that the refund process takes about 5-7 days so I waited for around 5 days before I started following up . In the first week of August, they kept on telling that the return was still showing pending, to help with the issue I even shared the name and phone number of the person who collected it. Since then, I have been calling almost daily and someone from the customer care keep assuring me that I will have the refund in a day or two and it’s been 20 days now since I machine was picked up. They do not even respond over their official mail id [protected]@livpuresmart.com. The customer care personnel are pretty clueless about my situation. They keep on telling me that the finance team is saying I will have my refund in End of the day and a confirmation mail almost every day since the last 2 weeks. The subscription still shows on in their application. Attaching a screenshot. In the screenshot, it says it was last synced on 4th of August, which is impossible because I vacated my place on 30th of July and moved to a new place.

          I have raised request to dismantle the water purifier on february 20th 2020, as I was leaving Bangalore for my higher studies.
          After calling the customer care multiple times there was no response and on 25th Feb I received a mail saying that "dismantle request has been raised and service engineer will visit the place and dismantle the product". Still no Engineer visited my place and even after multiple mails no one came to dismantle the machine and on Feb 29th I moved out of place. I even asked my house owner to take care of the purifier for sometime as service engineer will come and take the product. Later after multiple calls and follow ups pickup guy called and I explained him the address and gave him the owner contact, but still no one showed up to the house to pick up the product.
          After that from from this year 2021 they have been calling me every month and harrassing me regarding the purifier. Now after so many months the owner is not sure about the product and I was not there in Bangalore to take care of the product.
          How is this justified that Livpure is asking me to pay 14000 for the product and have sent me a demand notice. Recently guys have been calling me and threatening me with court notice if I don't pay them up. @Livpure is harrassing me because of their own mistake, carelessness and poor service. They are asking me to pay for the product for which I raised dismantle request 18months before.

            There is no water in the RO and if you turn it on for 15 minutes, then some sound starts to type in it.
            His filter was changed 3 days ago then water was coming but after 2 days water stop coming

            Therefore, you are requested to register the complaint as soon as possible and the service request should be accepted.

                Online purchase of above said ac was done by me on20.07.2021 vide invoice no 21-22/[protected] dated 20.07.2021.
                Installation of same was promised free but latter told (through Shri Rishab your sales officer mob no [protected]) to pay rs 699.
                AC was installed & the person came asked rs 1700/- so I informed Shri Rishab that excess demand is made by instalation team . After lot of phone calls by me to settle the dispute Shri Rishab told me to pay in full & promised to refund me rs 700/-
                Later he sent me a whats app message on 28.07.2021 that this refund is being arranged surely but after this he is not answering my calls. I made at least 20 calls but he is not picking the phone.

                THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR IS NOT EXPECTABLE FROM A LEADING CONCERN IT WILL TARNISH THE CO IMMAGE.

                PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS & ARRANGE TO REFUND WHICH WAS PROMISED .

                  For last 3 weeks I’m following up with customer care regarding wrong equipment delivered and installed. No response or calls or emails. If I call they are always giving same answer of 24-48 hours it will be resolved but no action.

                    No engineer visited till now and my previous complaint JS [protected] cancelled without any notice and no one has come to fix the issue. I paid for ACMC in DEC 2020 and it was not activated till yesterday. I haven't seen such a worst service support. Engineer Pamila Rajender (pH no. [protected]) is least bothered to attend my complaint no matter how many times I followed up with him. I have been looking for further escalation process over online support so it reaches higher authorities to know what kind of service customers are receiving. Please send the engineer on priority.

                      I am trying to get service from last one week. I have be calling their customer care number and email ID and all that but still there is no response from Team. RO was purchased in May 2021 and it is showing error and not dispensing water anymore. please support as we have to purchase bottles from outside and drink when we have this big useless box hanging in our kitchen.
                      Complaint number CMPL1615875 on RO care India as told by one of your sales person from Pune.

                        Respected Sir/MaimI am a Serving Soldier in Indan Army who bought your products from CSD Surya Canteen Lucknow. Your RO in my house was installed on July 13, 2020, under warranty, a serviceman in July 2021 to give service. After service, your product's parts getting damaged after 1 day of Home Warranty Expiry. So I would like to know about your products that you are manufacturing only for 1 yrs that your company is forced to take annual maintenance. So your service agency says if you do not have annual maintenance, then after 1 day of warranty you will get charged if you have any problem and your product gets spoiled within 10 days. I don't understand anything about this. You are requested either you repair my RO or I send you by post RO to your office. Your Service request No JS-[protected] & call closure code is 30291. My Contact No [protected].

                            Mental harassment post dismantle request for more than a year

                            I had rented a Livpure smart RO water purifier and was using it for almost a year until we had to move out from Bangalore on 10th August 2020. We have tried contacting Livpure customer support stating the situation of moving out well in advance on 28th July 2020(2 weeks time for dismantling). First of all the customer support agents were not responsive, unreachable most of the time though we managed to let them know also I have mail proof...

                            On May 24, 2020 to the official mail id of livpure to dismantle the machine as I was leaving Bangalore in June. Additionally, I called them up, but there was no response to the request either on call or on mail. Again I send them a mail on May 29th, 2020 to tell them to pick up the device. But there was no response. Again on June 24th, 2020, which was a week after I left bangalore, I sent them a mail to pick up the machine if they want it....

                            It is very bad service and irresponsible service represents from the livpure.

                            your service guys are intrested only to sell the AMC to the customers not on doing the service.

                                I had purchased 2 air coolers of Livpure on 09.04.2021. Model is Chill 35. On 22.07.2021, I had requested a complaint No. JS-[protected] and was assured that the technician would contact me within 48 hours but no one contacted. Then on 24.07.2021 again I spoke to Livpure Helpline, some lady named Pushpa attended the call and told me my complaint in on 'top priority' and will be attended. Thereafter, since there was no response from Livpure, I sent them an email on their web page and received a response that my Ticket ID is 140024 and they will get back to me at the earliest. Today is 28.07.2021, still no response from Livpure. I would also like to mention that the helpline numbers on their web page do not work & with great difficulty, I managed to contact them.

                                Unfortunately Livpure is most pathetic in their customer care approach. Someone called Mr. Raza (Phone No. [protected]) attended on 28.07.2021 & informed one part has to be replaced. Thereafter on 05.08.2021, someone from Livpure Mr. Pavan Rane (Phone No. [protected]) called and informed that the air cooler will be attended on 06.08.2021. Today i.e. 09.08.2021 still waiting as no one has bothered to contact me. I tried calling Mr. Pavan Rane but he refused to answer my call & thereafter his number was coming continuously busy. Please be careful of this hopeless company and I was contemplating purchasing a water cooler from them but after this, will never ever make the mistake again

                                Complaint still not resolved. Mr. Rane is not attending my calls & sending SMS he is in hospital. This complaint does not look like its going to get resolved by Livpure. Pathetic, pathetic, unprofessional behavior of Livpure
