I purchased a one-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for my Livepure water purifier (Model: LIVBOLT+COPPER RO+UV+Min+Cu) on 03 October 2025 through their official WhatsApp support team. I made a payment of ₹4, 556 via Google Pay, which was acknowledged at the time of purchase.
However, even after 10 days, there has been no technician visit, no AMC activation, and no proper response and No technician visit from the customer support team. Every time I call, they only say to “wait for 24 hours, ” but nothing happens. The representative who handled my purchase has also stopped responding and blocked my number, which is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I have sent multiple emails and messages to their support team, but no one has replied. This is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
I request the concerned authorities to take immediate action against Livepure and ensure either:
Activation of my AMC and service visit immediately, or
A full refund of ₹4, 556 with compensation for the mental distress and time wasted.
