Hi all,
I got services of Livpure in 2021 via Furlenco and cancelled the subscription, and returned the product at the start of 2022, I suddenly got a legal notice in my email almost 1.5 years after I got the initial service that I am defaulting, and I have committed a scam by not paying for services and not returning the product, I scheduled the return and returned everything including the box when I was leaving India, and now they're harassing me with the email that I haven't returned the product and demanding extraordinary money when there is nothing to return, I complied and returned everything when my subscription got cancelled. How dare they take advantage of the lack of information and knowledge of their customer and their personal information years after, and how dare they state it as a fact that I defaulted when I had nothing to pay. They never contacted me about it for the last almost two years. This is truly the worst experience one can have with a customer, and they are taking advantage of the passage of time and being scummy about the situation.
