[Resolved] Livpure — livpure ro touch not working

Our livepure ro touch not working since 10 days now logged complaint after trying for 02 days on previous friday (8th november). After that got the call 02 before after contentiously followed and they told us that with in a day you will get the call from engineer and gave on mobile number of livepure bangalore manager but that number [protected] is continuously switched off or not reachable from 02 days.

Please help we are struggling for water. After having the amc no use.

Updated by Vinodknum after 15th I got 02 call from Livepure support and both times they told me that the engineer visit will be done in a days time. but still the engineer has not reached us. after requesting them they provided local bangalore contact numbers but still no use. worst support...
