I have an active ACMC (Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract) for my Livpure water purifier. Despite raising multiple service requests, Livpure has failed to provide any service. They are cancelling the requests from their end without providing any explanation or support.

I have followed up with them multiple times via email and phone, but there has been no technician visit or proper response. This is a serious concern, especially during the monsoon season, as unpurified water poses a risk to my family’s health.

Their careless attitude and negligence amount to a serious breach of service agreement and consumer trust.
