Livpure — Mental harassment post dismantle request for more than a year

I had rented a Livpure smart RO water purifier and was using it for almost a year until we had to move out from Bangalore on 10th August 2020. We have tried contacting Livpure customer support stating the situation of moving out well in advance on 28th July 2020(2 weeks time for dismantling). First of all the customer support agents were not responsive, unreachable most of the time though we managed to let them know also I have mail proof that stating clearly that after the mentioned date(10th August, 2020 - Attached email proof below) we will not be Available as we were leaving our rented flat so that they can collect the water purifier. Even days before leaving the flat I tried contacting also mailed them so that they can collect the water purifier stating clearly that after the 10th of August, 2020 we will not be able to help them with this as we Handed over the keys to Nestaway(we used to stay in rented Flat provided by Nestaway) and until this, there was no respond, service visit from Livpure and they didn't collect the water purifier.

Now it's been more than a year since we left the flat and suddenly I started getting random calls from Livpure stating they came for dismantling at my flat and over quite a few times I helped them as much as I could providing them all the contacts what I had of Nestaway people and owner's number as well. Suddenly it became Harassment to me getting calls, SMS every day for same reason repeatedly over and over again from different persons, and in the end, they started threatening me with a Legal notice(screenshot attached) which they sent me over my WhatsApp number and started Harashing mentally asking for 14, 000 rs with Notice.

It's a clear case of their mistake and carelessness of Livpure which has caused them this issue and for that, they can't Harrash me every day for the thing which is not in my Hand. I have helped them in every possible way that I could before leaving the flat on 10th, August 2020 even after leaving the flat even after a year sitting in my Hometown far from Bangalore. I want justice for me from Consumer Court on this matter, this Legal notice asking for 14, 000 rs and repeated calls, SMS from Livpure is Mental torture to me.

I had raised the request to collect my RO machine but no one came to collect the Livpure Smart purifier. Today I had a call from the executive named Jatin informing me that Rs 6000 is due from my end. As for the record, the last recharge done was on 01/02/2021 Rs 375. Due to the prevailing Covid condition, I was not living in my apartment and did not recharge further. So far, I have not received any message or email notification from livpure smart about any pending amount or reflected in my account. I had raised a request to collect my machine and no one came to collect it.

I have received a harassment call from Jatin . His language and tone of the call were very abusive in the manner and he informed me that my call has been recorded without my consent
Regarding LivePure RO FRAUD

I had made a requested to dismantle the RO in the month of September 2019.
I have all the mails with regarding dismantle request.

In the first 2 weeks of September there was no support or no executive came for the dismantling. There was no call from their side and whenever I called customer care they told me to write an email.

And after some months When I got the call from the executive that he is coming for the dismantling of the RO, I have told them to please go and collect it. After that there is no response either from the customer care or executive that he had picked up the RO or not or either he is facing some problem- In this scenario the customer will think that the RO is dismantled. And then suddenly after few months dismantle guy called me again and ask me to pick up the RO and in return I have said them I think the RO is already picked up bcz I have received a call for RO pick up few months back and if you think it's not done yet then you can go to the location and collect it. This incident happens so many times with me, the dismantled guys call me that he is coming for pick up and after that no response then how the hell I am going to know whether the RO was picked up or not or the guy who came for pick up has done something.

And after a span of almost 2.5 years you guys are blaming me, this is so disgusting.

Please ask your pick up guy in detail and don't bother your customer, As a customer I have done everything like contacting you, mailing you and requesting the dismantlement and now this is not my responsibility now.

The same has happened with me. Has anyone got their complaints resolved on consumer forum or its of no use?
Did anyone get a resolution on this? I got a legal notice today for the same reason everyone is mentioning here.

Hello, I'm having a similar problem here. I contacted and canceled my subscriptions three weeks before vacating my flat, and I called them several times to pick up the RO, but no one showed up. And then, some 15 to 20 days later, they contacted me to say that the pickup guy had arrived at my place to pick it up. I explain to him and the customer service calls (harassing calls to me day after day) that I am not present at the premises and will only be able to provide you with the product by August 2023. Today, July 7, 2023, they sent me a legal notification via Whatsapp requiring me to return the product and pay the stated price.

As far as I can tell, many people are experiencing the same problem as I am. Has anyone found a solution or taken any action in response to this? It would be quite helpful if someone could respond to this.

Did anybody manage to get this resolved? Same thing is happening to me now, they picked up the RO back in December. Now they're harrassing me to return the product and sent a notice as well
