I had opted for the subscription plan from livpure (On 12th july '20) and made the payment online + submitted the kyc documents.
On 16th july '20, i requested over email to cancel the installation request & refund me the amount, back to the payment source. I had also mentioned the payment details which i had used to make the online payment, so it is easy for them to track & process it.

On the same day in the evening, i got a response that the request would be cancelled & they would send me the refund.
However, after that, there has been no response or refund from them, even though i have tried contacting multiple times.
Please assist in the refund. It may not be a big amount for them, but every rupee is important!
