I want my subscription cancelled and money refunded

I had subscribed for Livpure smart RO from their website https://www.livpuresmart.com/ on May 19. Since then there was no contact from them regarding delivery and installation. I tried calling their support number and no one responded. No reply to me emails as well. znow they have charged me for 2nd month on June 19 with no water purifier installed or even contacted about. I want my subscription cancelled and money refunded.

Our warranty period for livpure water purifier was till 20th of april 2020 which was the period of lockdown. Free service was due on 18th of march 2020. Which livpure did not provided us. We did not have a call or visit from the engineering department. Also, one service which was provided 6months back, the engineer by fraud filled in the system that filters were changed, but in actual he did not changed any filters and now they are not providing us the service.
We tried contacting customer care but did not receive a response or call back or acknowledgment.
I even have a complaint registered on 28th or march 2020, which was not acknowledged, complain id : bciw34d1019830.
We did not get a rescheduled visit or service id from livpure. Now after we ourself contacting customer care for our due service, we are being
Asked to pay the service and also we are not receiving the free service and benefits the warranty had.
We have contacted [protected]@livpure.com 7 times since march and dropped a mail 6 times now. Still there is no acknowledgment and no service is provided. Our water purifier has stopped working now and being in middle class family this was our first water purifier which is not working within a year.
Worst service providers!!
Livpure is not acknowledging customer complaints.

    I ordered the product on 7th of june worth 9499 inr with no cost emi and got it delivered on 8th june. Installation was scheduled on 10th june and still not done. Every time i tried to contact flipkart or livpure they are saying that it will be done shortly but no resolution has been provided till date. On 15th two people came for installation but they were unable to do the same due to lack of technical knowledge. Flipkart is not giving resolution for installation or any refund for price depletion of this product. I want a demurrage charge for the false promise. Livpre area manager/cce not responding to the calls.

      It is brought to your kind notice that i have purchase amc from 21/04/2017 to 20/04/2020 of my live pure ro from your company. Due to some technical issues my ro is not working from 18/04/2020 and i have registered the same on your portal and received the massage that dear customer, your service request no. Js-[protected] & call closure code is 22834 allocated for[protected]to mahesh ji[protected] faridabad, [protected]. Please call [protected] for any query. But due to lockdown from march to may 2020 my ro was not repaired.

      So that i have requested the company by emails and voice calls to extended my amc due to lockdown direct the concerned to repair it under acmc warranty but they are refusing to repair that ro under acmc

      I have also received a call that labour charges are free but i have to pay the parts cost but in acmc contracts all expense bear by the company.

        I had purchased livpure ro water purifier on 2019 january from the beginning their service was very bad installation was done after 6 months,
        I had registered a service request on march 2020 but till now nobody attended and i escalated the complaint in their website but i i didn’t get any responses.
        Problem with my water purifier is taking too much time and now hearing long beep sound from the purifier

          I have subscribed to livpure in march. Had paid the amount to start the gold service that covers 188 liters of water. To this day june 18 the ro has not been delivered. I have called them several times and have not been getting proper response

            Hi Team,

            My RO machine is not working since more than 20 days, I have raised complaint on 28th May 2020. Calling to customer care since then, no one came to repair it.

            I can understand we have limited resources due to COIVD19, but waiting for more than 20 days is a bit too much.

            Please take action immediately.

              Every 2 months ro has some or the other problems, sometimes no water flow (Not because of water pressure but because of filter issues), filter issues etc.. Technician never bother to visit for a week at least, then they come with there manu card stored in their mind with charges of filter, bla, bla, bla... Make you charge heavy and leave, again after 2 months find something else, call them and they will say other part need to be replaced, i mean is this a brand?? We pay so much, you do not deserve it, imagine my neighbours using local aquaguard and i happen to bother them for filtered water for my kids at least and i'm using brand.
              Customer service we know how it works in india, you are lucky of you get representative on call as a existing customer for new customers they have different options all together and connects very quickly since they can cancel or return the product

                    I have also been calling customer care since morning, sometimes nobody responds, sometimes its get disconnected automatically and sometimes its on hold for 14-15 mins and then disconnect (Screenshot of call attached).

                    If your team can go with the previous mails hope you can understand that from day one i purchased livepure, i have faced been facing tremendous bad & filthy experience and now again the same..

                    Why is it your team unable to provide satisfaction job to clients, why this delay and negligence in your service.
                    What is your expectation for future sevice..?

                    Waiting for your suitable action and reply on at the earliest please.

                    Orelse i have take action on my behalf seriously this time.

                    After these many mails and calling customer care also there have been no response.

                    If any technician is solving the issue by today evening then its ok, orelse i am going share all this issue from the date of purchase alongwith call records list and mails in social media.

                        Hello there,
                        I contacted livpure customer care to registered a complaint on 02.05.2020 that there is no flow of water in my filter for which a complaint ID generated and that is JS-[protected]. But they did not respond. After too many calls and email sent to [protected]@livpure.com, a technician visit my home on 30.05.2020. He started the flow of water in my filter which was stopped from one month. Then he examined the TDS level of the water and told that TDS level is 110 and told me to taste the water. The water taste is quite hard, so I told him about this. In this regard, he assured me that after one time empty the whole water from filter, it taste will be good as the filter was stopped from one month and then he left.
                        Further, it is mentioned that from last three days I empty the whole water from the filter twice a day but still the water taste is hard. I also have a TDS meter. When I examined the TDS level of water, it shows 330 TDS level which is my tap water TDS level. So, I came out to a conclusion that my RO is not working. Because on 30.05.2020, the technician who visit my home also told that my RO is not working properly. He told me that he could change my RO in few days if water is not filtered well. So, when we observed that the water is not filtered well then we don't share the closure code of above complaint but company close the complaint automatically.
                        Later we complaint again regarding my RO on 03.06.2020 for which a complaint ID generated and that is JS-[protected]. From this complaint we contacted customer care over phone but since 11 days my problem is not solved yet.
                        Further, It is mentioned that I purchase the ACMC of my filter of Rupees 10, 500 for three years on 15.07.2017 which will close on 15.07.2020. The copy of the above ACMC invoice cum receipt is enclosed for your kind information. As the ACMC of my filter is closed in upcoming month, so I think company will fraud me in view of changing my RO.
                        Please help me in this regard as soon as possible.

                        This is regarding the warranty extension for my water purifier ( Livpure pep pro ++, serial number: D9HW44D1015980).

                        On 2nd March 2020, I requested for the warranty extension and to change the filters for my RO and post that technician (Pandu Salivahan) visited my home and changed the filter. After paying the amount in cash when I asked him to provide the bill copy he made an excuse that he forget to bring the bill book and will send the bill over whatsapp once he reached office. Just to be on the safe side I asked him to give me the same in writing with his signature which I have attached for your reference.

                        Now I am facing the beep sound issue coming continusly from RO so I raised a service request with customer care upon then I came to know that my warrenty was not extended by the technician. And now I will have to pay for the technian visit for this issue. Luckily I have the old technician number and when I confronted him he said he no more works for the Livpure organization and can't do anything about it. I am really disappointed with this kind of services. Even after paying the amount for warranty extension I am not able to use the services.

                        This is very unprofessional and I am really feeling cheated. Can you please look into this matter at the utmost priority and help me with the same otherwise I will be filing a complaint in consumer court.

                          I purchased livpure glo ro + uv mineralizer 2 years back in march 2018.

                          There is a long beep sound ongoing in the purifier.

                          Call id raised on june 6 is unresolved till date (June 13) due to irresponsible behavior of livpure and its technician

                          I have raised several complaints on customer care number and it was simply left unattended.

                          To make matters worse, livpure team is not aware on their own manpower. The service person whose name and number appears in sms from livpure doesnt pickup the phone, then says "livpure company is now closed", says he has left company and i should buy new purifier of his new company? What the hell is this nonsense? Why is this person number completely not removed from all livpure databases?

                          The person to whom the job was allotted has not completed a single task of all past jobs, yet his name keeps appearing in livpure sms.

                            being charged for last 2 months ro is not working

                            Hi,

                            I have prepaid ro service taken from livpure for which i have to do monthly recharge. For last 45 days or more my ro is not working and i did my recharges for last 2 months though.

                            I havr called their customer care and sent mail to customer care also but no service provided yet.

                            This is violation of service commitment by the company. Looking for earliest resolution or money back for last two...

                            Since the time we installed the water purifier, we have ensure that the device runs on AMC as their technician strongly recommended that we apply for it as the parts can be very expensive. Had been getting good service from the technicians though its very difficult to get through to a call center representative to book an appt. I booked a complaint in march 2020, I have been waiting for a technician to service our RO since then. We found out that Balram Kori the technician who used to regularly visit my place for service stopped serving that area. The water doesnt get filtered and the machine runs the whole day draining water through its outlet i dont know how. Have been a struggle to get through to call center and everytime i get through to them as a new customer in the IVR options, they send me the same old message (March20-Balram Kori) until today. When asked, they gave me another number Manish Sharma whose mobile number is no more valid. I paid 5000 last year and renewed my AMC but the kind of service once money is taken has been this. They say its due to lockdown but the complaints was booked much before the lockdown and now its lifted too. no answer from anyone. Not a single call from call center but teh IVR keeps telling me someone will call back.can someone urgently look into this as im tired of this machine now and even ready to discard it . Holding on it only because i have paid the AMC. Companies can be shameless and choose not to respond at all. Ill see what Livepure chooses to do. Even their website complaint forms dont work.

                            So i contacted Call centre for over ten times and day before yesterday they told me my case is escalated and service guy will come in 24 hrs. The guy finally picked up our call and kept saying he is going to visit us, today on the third day, he has switched off his mobile. The area manager number too is off. Please take back this useless machine and pay back my AMC fee, i hav had only one service to clean up since the time i paid properly.                             The technician was followed up for two days and he kept saying he'll visit us every time. Now he switches off his phone when we call. Excellent service after looting AMC money... Please take the machine away we are happy to boil water and drink. Return our money for the wrong choice and harassment we went through

                            No response. Area manager and BSI Manish sharma of Andheri doesn't pick up calls. It's either ringing or he is speaking to another person but won't pick our calls. I called Customer Care two more times, they very sweetly told me they are standing a call back immediately. But no response. Never expected this treatment from livpure. No water till date. Uber AMC warranty. Pls respond, there has to be someone there responsible!!!

                              No service person attended till now. Request pending since three months... Sent more than 10 mails to customer care for the service still no response. I took 4 yrs amc... Water taste got changed now, i want to change the filter but the service person is not coming and not response if you call the service person... Worst service ever since purchased.

                              Very much frustrated with livpure... I paid 14000 as amc for 4 years still they are not bothered to do the service.. Can anyone help this issue please?

                                I have recharged my water purifier but still, it is not working. I do a recharge of every month and now due to lockdown i was at my home town and do not recharge my water purifier as it is on a rent basis. Now i do a recharge of all last 2 months but still, it is not working because i forgot to recharge of september 2019. But somehow they do not stop my service as they have fewer customers may be at that time. I have referred much live pure water purifier to my friend at that time maybe this the reason they did not stop the ro. But now live pure is demanding from me last 4-month rent and disconnect my ro from backend. No body is giving the right solution to me.
                                Now i have mailed them but no one replying. On customer care number nobody responding.

                                  I have taken livpure smart - the rental one and paid for the entire year. 3 months back the water stopped coming from the machine and i contacted the customer care and they told the service guy can't come because of lockdown. Now that the lockdown is relaxed and people are going to servicing livpure normal machines and not livpure smart ones, i don't understand why is that happening. I am spending triple the amount of buying cans and other water sources now. I want either the money i had to spend in these days to be reimbursed or i want the repair to happen immediately or i want the machine to be taken off and give me back the amount i paid extra

                                    I had registered a complaint on 29-12-19, the water filter was not working, within a couple of days their service engineer did contact me and attend the fault, and informed me that the water filter was jammed/damaged and it required 1200/- for replacement. I also agreed to replace it. He replaced the filter in my presence and then he changed a transformer inside the filter and ran the filter perfectly.

                                    At the same time, i raised a query, why were you replacing the electrical parts for filter replacement, he responded illogically, then i demanded the same condition to re-install my old filters and prove it was damaged.

                                    He failed to do the same, and confronted his mistakes. After that he restored the old one and left my home.

                                    The reason was the fault in the electrical part which is still under warranty. Your service operator has to repair the filter without any cost implication to the customer. However, he had commercialized the matter and demanded money in the case i opt for new electrical parts.

                                    At the same time i had surfaced out the real cause of the malfunctioning/leakage of the filter, without paying heed to my concern, he left with no positive solutions.

                                    Now again the same leakage was started, and i registered a complaint in march, now 3 month are over and nobody has contacted me for repair/service. Hence. I request to solve my issue immediately and take necessary steps to extend my warranty for your no service period.
