Livpure — no service for ro water purifier

I have been facing filtration issues with my Liv Pure RO and the TDS levels are gone higher making the water undrinkable. I have called the local service provider (LN Enterprises), and they said that the filters need an urgent replacement. Since then no one came to either replace the filter or clean the filters. I have raised official complaint with the customer care and they have provided two contacts i.e Mr. Aditya & Mr. Pratay.
I have been calling them since last 5days to get some resolution, however they did not help me and now they have stopped responding to my calls as well.
My RO is under AMC and am still not getting the right service on time.
