Livpure — No service provided for amc

I am using livpur touch2000 model RO since last few years. I have subscribed for AMC also and was very happy till few months back.

In the month of April '25, I shifted my house from Jammu to Adipur (Gujarat) and all problems started since then.

At the very first, I had asked for re-installation of my RO at my new location. I had changed my address too for that purpose. Service provider at Bhuj took 3-4 days and that too after rigorous pursuing. Even my RO is still not working properly as there was some problem. Service provider told that he has ordered a part and will replace that part and my request will be closed only after then. However, after two days, I got message that my SR has been closed (and that too without sharing happy code).

I registered another problem on 13.05.25 as I mentioned above, my RO is not filtering properly. To my utter surprise, I got an SMS saying that "your service request no, JS-[protected] allocated to Vijay Shankar Jha[protected] Jabalpur". When I talked to customer care executive on 14.05.25 morning in this regard, she could not understand my concern and tried to give my some number of a person from Kullu.

I talked again on 14.05.25 afternoon to customer care and I was given a number of some Rakesh Malviy and was told to talk to him. I talked to him on same day. He asked me to send my address and told me that my RO will be serviced on same day. I sent him address but he never responded.

On 17.05.25, I talked to customer cafe again and I was given a number of some Ankur Nath. I called him 10-12 times but he never picked up the call. At last I talked to Rakesh Malviy again. To my utter surprise, he said that he will send the technician on 20.05.25 as he is not having any material. I talked to customer care again and again and was assured that my complaint has been escalated and their senior will talk to me within 2 hours. But nobody called me yet.

Then onwards, it has become my routine to call at customer care in the morning, I will be given assurance that my complaint has been escalated and their senior will talk to me within two hours, but nobody talked to me till date.

I had dropped the mail to customer care twice but then also no response.
