Livpure — Not Refunding the Security after Too many calls and emails

I opt for the Livpure rental RO Service in Zirakpur. The service of RO for water was good but my happiness was short lived due to the untrained and uneducated call center agents who respond to customers calls. I shifted my office so i inform them in advance to take back the machine and refund the security deposit. They took more than 25 days to come and collect the machine and also from their App you cannot cancel the subscription. After almost 25 days when i have to make too many calls to the customer care finally the agents come to collect the machie on 3rd June. They promised me i will get my refund within 72 hours. But yesterday on 28-June-2022 I got a call from another such person who told me the machine hasn't been collected by their agents. Then after half an hour they told me that the machine is with them already. i ask the person about the refund then he told me i am doing it right away. and not that person is telling me it will take more time and also stop responding on calls and messages. I AM SERIOUSLY NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE AND I DONT THINK I SHOULD OPT FOR THIS SERVICE AGAIN IN FUTURE. LIVPURE NEEDS TO EMPHASIZE ON THE IMPORTANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT JUST TO MAKE PEOPLE JUST PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS. YOU HAVE SIR SACHIN TENDULKAR AS A BRAND EMBASSADOR AND WE TRUST HIM ALOT !!
