Hi my name is Arshad khan, i bought livpure ro pep pro plus plus in year 2019 since then its working fine till year only and once i called for servicing there is always a problem they always chrged us extra money n told us ur this item is not working or that not working… Now problem is mainly with ur service agent in my locality he is always making us fools n as we trust ur company so do we trust ur agents also now they r fooling us …. We call for servicing he came n told us ur membrane is not working so we changed it from someone else n once that is not workinh properly we call him again to fix it he came n charged us for filter membrane n other 2 items in filter that we paid him around 2700rs . Now after some time we r facing a problem that water is not coming out from filter so we cll him for serviving he then came n do the necessary n chrgd us 1200rs and when we take sip of water from the filtr its taste very bad so we called him again n ask him to come n check he didnt come same day then we call him in morning again n he didnt come n in evening i called him n ask him to come n check he then send someone else … now that agent is saying that ur membrane is not working u have to chnge it n i talk to same agent that chnged the membrane earlier he is deniying completely that he chnged it and chrged us for that … now u guys tell me what should i do .. i dont have that much money that m goin to spend it every day in that n ur agent is fooling us completly u guuys only looting ur customers

    I have paid for a yearly subscription for Livpure smart plan, but after the payment i am not able to reach them. There support number is always busy. The installation agent denied the service and not the product is just lying at my house. I dont even have any mails or communication from livpure when this will be resolved. I dont want to continue this subscription as their team is unresponsive and un reachable and i dont want to have any further issues after the install Water is a necessity and these people are just looting money and cheating over it

      Water stopped coming, when i raised a complaint the service is not provided by them even after 1 week. I paid and need refund for the lost time and the money that i spent buying the water outside.

        There is a leakage of ro at our shop.we have a business of readymade garments.Due to which some clothes got wet.we had a huge loss.its our humble request to send your team for reapair urgently.we will be very thankful to you.
        I called on livpure customer care and i told them to send a person but he denied to send us.

            Bought BRAHMA GRAVITY WATER PURIFIER on 15 April 2022. Bought online by paying money. But I have not received my product yet. Sent few mails. Every time I received a reply saying that it is on the way and delivered in 48 hours to 72 hours. Sent messages to whatsapp number also. No use.

              I have registered my request on 28th April. I have my AMC for 2 years. The service engineer told to change RO membrane which was changed by the same person a month ago. But he refused to tell how if a new RO membrane was changed, it will fail within a month. He is asking for a charge of 2750 to change the membrane again. From Last Friday 29th April, I am escalating my request to the customer care several times but still there is no resolution. 5 working days have gone. They are just asking me to wait but not sure they are trying to resolve. Pls resolve my issue soon

                I was promised a 2 day delivery and installation post the payment of security deposit. The delivery was done after 3 days and it's 6 days since I have done the payment.
                They are taking my complains and assuring the installation to be done the very next day. Their assigned service incharge also isn't picking up the calls.

                I would request the company to take thwir product and refund my deposit amount if this is the kind of service they plan on providing.

                      I have registered many complaints a week ago against the purifier which is not working properly and no one has send any of your service boy to look after the RO. So, if your ara not concerned with your customers then tell us, i will buy an another one purifier from another company and file a case against your company. Therefore, repair the purifier as soon as possible or otherwise your company has to face the consequences.

                        Hello,
                        I placed the rental livpure smart order last week and they committed delivery and installation in 4 days, but it has been more than a 10 days but there is no update and on calling to customer care numbers going unanswered. Quite disappointed with the service. Please let me know the status of my order and I want to be delivered as soon as possible. Else refund my deposit back.

                            I Call and book services request 15 to 20 days ago for my waterpurifier that not working but after so many days and so many calls that i have done.                               I ordered the Water purifier on 28th March.
                              The invoice number is 21-22/1290308.
                              On calling the customer care multiple times they say that they won't be able to deliver anytime soon as there is shortage in stock.
                              I don't know in how many days the stock will be back.

                                I have purchased water purifier in March. While installing they told to check the TDS once the water tank is emptied one time.It is very less.it is showing as 4.So please help out in resolving the issue.Water is not fir for drinking.

                                    I have purchased AMC regularly since i have been using this product for 6 years. This year i have issues with my RO and they say that membrane is not under AMC. However, i'm still not convinced that this issue will be resolved as the engineer is performing trial and error. A week before he said that the motor is at fault and changed it and it didnt work and now he says that membrane is at fault. What if it doesnt work ? When trying to sell AMC, they say it covers everything. Why so much lies to sell your product ? Why cant you be honest ?

                                      I have installed Livpure Ro back in july 2020 and used it for 2 months and then suddenly i had to vacate the rental House due to some family emergency .so on 26th aug 2020 i called livpure team and asked them to uninstall the ro . They said they will arrange pickup within 72 hours . No one contacted me . Then again i called them . I was asked to wait for next 72 hours no one contacted me again . At the end on 31st aug 2020 i mailed them as no one from your team is responding and i have to vacate the house . If pick-up is not done with 72 hours i'll not take any responsibility for any damage .they acknowledged and again said they'll arrange pickup in 72 hours i waited till 3 sept 2020 and no one showed up no calls or mails received . eventually i had to leave the place . I asked the owner to allow pickup if someone comes from livpure. And after few days a guy reached put asked for address and i provided the details . After that i didn't got any response from him as well .if it's picked up or not or if he has visited or not no nothing and they keep on calling me every month till today (25 March 2022) and harrassing me mentally and asking me to pay 25000 rs and threatning me thay they'll see me in court whereas i Clearly mentioned i am not liable for any damage and it's their teams ignorance . And unistallation should be their responsibility .now they sent me an legal notice as well . Their executive abused me on call.and they are forcing me to pay the amount . And harrassing me by calling again and again after two years and if they have not received the machine why didn't they sent an e-mail at the same time that they've not collected the machine

                                      I'm facing similar issues where the machine was uninstalled almost 3 years ago and they are harassing me now with a legal notice and pending charges for the last ~2 years. I have multiple email threads where I have raised this and they haven't replied to a single email thread. This is their strategy to make money.

                                      Was your issue/ complaint resolved? What are the next steps?

                                        I have return the Water purifier but the money did not refund till now.
                                        It is already been more than 2 months, but the customer support persons always we have taken this as High Priority it will get resolved.

                                        I have mailed them numerous time but they failed to return the money.

                                        This is one of the most pathetic customer services i have faced till now.
