[Resolved]  Livpure — Refund not initiated for cancellation of Livpure Smart RO

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issues I am facing with LIVEPURE. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with them, I have not received a satisfactory response regarding the refund of my money and the cancellation of my RO water subscription.

Despite my repeated follow-ups and communications with their customer service team, I have not received any concrete information or actions taken to address my concerns. It is evident that LIVEPURE is not fulfilling its commitment to its customers, and I feel that my rights as a consumer are being disregarded.

I am writing to you, the Consumer Complaints Department, in the hope that you can intervene and assist me in resolving this matter.
