I want to make a complaint of mental harassment the company is doing with me. Firstly, their services are mostly used by bachelors who stay in a rented property. Then they did not pick up the machine on time even after 15 days prior request submission and confirmation. I was in a picture that they have already picked up the purifier as they confirmed over phone. later after 6 months they are sending me legal notices of paying for the subscription(already cancelled 6 months ago) plus 15ooo/- for the purifier.

They are repeatedly calling and texting me on whatsapp which is pure case of mental harassment and I want to sue this company for that. I saw similar complaints from other people on the forum. Please let me know how shall I proceed?

    The service request for my RO water purifier is open since last weeks. It was created on 23 - march -2023. The customer care number is not reachable, though I have reached multiple times( more than 10 times).The service engineer does not responds or even picks the call. This is really a pathetic service from Livpure after paying a AMC fees for 2 years which is valid till the next year end. I feel completely cheated by the company and regret the decision of purchasing a product from Livpure.

      My 2 years ACMC got expired on 15th Jan 2023 and I have purchased another 1 year Online RO ACMC on 11th Apr being insisted by your customer care paying Rs 4399.While purchasing the warrenty it was ensured to me by your customer support team that all filters RO Carbon Filter, sediment filter, DI Cartridges, RO membran, external filter all are replaceable within warrenty. Earlier During service visit by your technician on Dec 2022 I was informed everything is perfectly fine in the filter.

      Post activation confirmation of ACMC by customer care I had raised a complaint for service. But on visit technician now told me that suddenly 5 of the filters need to be replaced and denied service saying he cannot do this under 1year ACMC and forcing me to buy 2 years ACMC.

      Regarding this I have called customer care numerous times.even talked to area incharge, senior people from AMC department for a resolution but all I get every call is that it will be resolved by EOD. Now I got response that AMC department is awaiting response from service department.
      Facing this harassment from Livpure service for last 5-6 days and problem with drinking water, I came to know of 3 options from AMC department personnel :
      1. Buy 2 years ACMC
      2. Service to be provided upon approval from higher management
      3. Full refund of the amount paid by me for the ACMC
      Obviously I won't be taking option 1 following the pathetic customer experience and fraudulent sales and service by Livpure.

      So I ask for either provide me the service with the existing ACMC immediately or refund the full amount paid by me .

      Inspite of my numerous call, mail to customer care still now I haven't received any resolution. Service Request no : JS-[protected]
      I am totally disappointed by the @livepure services .

        Hi, I have purchased livpure RO+UV+UF copper water purifier last month from local vendor. The day after installation machine stopped working. I called to installation guy but he mentioned me to raise a service request. It was hardly a day i purchased and used machine and it stopped working. I am surprised this kind of faulty machine have sold to me by company which didn’t work for a day also. after calling customer care service request is raised. Service guy came and solved the issue which was temporary and next day it again stopped working.I called him again and again he solved the issue temporarily. Till now he had come 7 times to my home and the solution was temporary. I am very much disappointed. I want to return my machine and need refund. Request you as a global company should take immediate action to resolve my issue permanently rather than just asking local vendor to temporarily fix the issue. this is causing distress and harassment even paying 20000 got faulty machine.

                I am a customer of Livpure from last 26 months back & also I had purchased a three years AMC from you company in which you had given to me a guarantee that any parts of your RO will get damaged or any service request from your side, you company will do it.
                but from last ten days I did generate a request Id number is JS-[protected] and this request was transferred to many people of your staff, I have all the messages.
                Still my RO is not working and water is not coming if it is coming, it is in very bad condition & very slowly.
                Please suggest what I will do your guys are not picking my phone & not getting any response from their side.
                In the last, i am suggesting to you that a famous Indian person is doing advertisement of your brand.
                Please don't use his name for poor and useless services.

                    I had complained of water leakage previously. Your executive detected a leakage from the UV filter. But, instead of replacing it, he put Cello tape on the filter The device was in AMC that time and despite paying for AMC the UV filter was covered with Cello Tape to plug the leakage. Now that the device is out of AMC and its again leaking, Livpure customer service is asking for money to fix the same old leagage which was covered with Cello Tape. Also, it was found that the engineer has bypassed the UV filter while the device was in ACMC, thereby, proving the fact that he has deliberately refused to replace the part even though the device was in ACMC.

                    Further, the company representative Mr. Anupam Jha has been trying to dodge the situation by submitting a false claim that RO tank is leaking.
                    However, it may be noted that the leakage was never in RO tank which is wrongly and falsely being claimed by Mr. Anupam Jha.

                    Mr. Jha ia deliberately putting malicious allegations against myself wherein he has claimed that RO tank is leaking and customer has refused to pay the charges.
                    This allegation is grossly incorrect as there is no leakage from the RO tank.

                    The UV filter has been found to be wrapped with cello tape to fix a pre-existing leakage which was supposedly done by the service engineer during the course of ACMC coverage.
                    The service engineer had knowingly plugged the UV filter leakage with cello tape and did not replace the UV filter despite the product being in ACMC.

                    As the unit was serviced in 2022 when it was under ACMC, any leakage in UV filter should have been replaced then. But the service engineer did not replace the UV filter in 2022 knowingly and had tried to evade the replacement by wrapping the UV filter with a cello tape, and subsequently disconnected the UV filter power supply, causing the RO unit to function without UV filter.

                    This is a serious health concern wherein we were unknowingly drinking non-purified water for more than 6 months due to the inaction and fraudulent practices by the service engineer.

                    As the concerned service engineer directly reports to Mr. Anupam Jha, it can be concluded that Mr. Jha had tried to cover up the situation by passing on the blame to the customer by a wrongful and malicious accusation.

                    It is hereby demanded that the faulty and leaking UV filter spare be replaced on immediate basis.

                      Service request - demand for charges for free service

                      Service Request for Livpure Bolt+Copper RO was assigned on 28 Feb 2023 after 220 days of purchase regarding Free 2 Services in 1 year by Livpure. the visit is pending since 1 march 2023.

                      I received a phone call on 1 march from a technician, who first demanded charges, after informing him about free service he requested a closure code on the phone call. Since then there is no call, no visit by a technician and the service is...

                      Your technician his name mr pankaj Bhatt..was call me but not come at my door step...and he was mention a reason i.e i am not received his call..but i talk 3 times with your technician..and give him my younger brother number he was available at home for attend your technician but your technician was not came...and his is lie i.e. not reachable .. my mother and brother is ill of drinking supply water...ppz take strong action against this technician otherwise i can sue a complain against your company and your distributor also..in consumer court...plz resolve my issue as soon as possible...

                        Service of Livpure RO was used in Bangalore
                        I have had requested on 18th Feb for the cancellation of my subscription & asked for refund of my security.

                        Despite various calls & chasing customer care from 23rd Feb, 24th feb, 25th Feb, 27th Feb my device has not picked up yet.

                        Nither they are picking up my device nor processing my refund & infact their area manager is malaciously tells a lie that i have denied for the pickup whereas I am chasing them reigurously.

                            Hi Team,
                            Water purifier was working fine till its first free service, post which i have been observing that Purification quality has come down and also exit water is coming in normal pressure on and off which means it is just throwing away the water it was receiving. I have a serious concern about this as it good be hazardous to Health of our family. I have logged complaints 3 times so far they come and they service and say it should work now but again and again i am seeing the same issue. Product is still in Warranty and i firmly believe there is a problem with the item, i want proper justification in this regards

                              I have complain previously and technician came at my place, he check and stated that filter part contains mud inside, thats the reason it's taking lot of time . And said that it's need to be change and which is very costly.
                              I had purchased it on August 2022, within 6 months it's facing issue.
                              Very disappointed with the product, need a replacement.
                              Kindly do the needful.

                                    I have raised a ticket to shift my RO to one place to another place within a city and i called to customer care for the process. They told me that if i want to shift the same RO it will take 24 to 48 hours to move, if i want to new RO it will take one week. I Choose Shifting of RO, and i renewed plan so that i get the RO and water in time. I requested them do it early as i am having a 8 months baby. They took more than 72 hours and they still giving me the excuses and no one is ready to give the service. Customer care asking the time and now some one called me that they will pick the RO but they didn't came and when i called them they were saying they only pick the order if you need the same RO you should talk to customer care once. No one is responding correctly i have paid 700 + deposit money. I am buying water from one week. I lost my money. I feel it like a scam and wanted to file a case.

                                      I have raised a subscription cancellation ticket in December and the team has not provided any assistance for the same. I have continuously emailed the team and called the customer care team to make sure the machine is pick up on time. They have not provided any help and did not pick up the machine even after multiple reminders from my side which is their responsibility in first hand. I had to pay extra rent of 15 days just because they failed to pick the machine. Now after a month of frustration, the customer care person called me and had the audacity to shout at me asking for corporation with the pickup. I would like to firstly be compensated for my loss of rent for 15 days and secondly for the rude behaviour. They are dealing with the frustrated customer. Shouting on top of lack of service is unacceptable.

                                      Hello, I'm having a similar problem here. I contacted and canceled my subscriptions three weeks before vacating my flat, and I called them several times to pick up the RO, but no one showed up. And then, some 15 to 20 days later, they contacted me to say that the pickup guy had arrived at my place to pick it up. I explain to him and the customer service calls (harassing calls to me day after day) that I am not present at the premises and will only be able to provide you with the product by August 2023. Today, July 7, 2023, they sent me a legal notification via Whatsapp requiring me to return the product and pay the stated price.

                                      As far as I can tell, many people are experiencing the same problem as I am. Has anyone found a solution or taken any action in response to this? It would be quite helpful if someone could respond to this.
