I have a livepure touch 2000+ model this model had some issue last month and the water was not getting filtered, the issue that after draining the water from the tank, the tank was showing full and the water was not getting free flow then I made an official complaint in livepure and from there I got A service agent came to our house and opened the filter and said that the filter is jammed and he change filter and billed 2000 rupees.Later I called him and told him that the problem is not solved but the problem is still the same but he stopped me from filing the complaint again and said I will come back and file your complaint but nothing came and the problem with my purifier is still the same

    I have annual maintenance contract valis until 2025, but in spite of many reminders the company or their service agent are not providing support. The UV filter and candle change is due but the company is not responding. We may suffer medical conditions, if the service is not provided immediately as it is two months late already.       I ordered a livpure linea model from flipkart after the installation on the same day the water started to leak ( overflow ) from water purifier and whole machine was fully wet.. I complained about this to liv pure multiple times .. But no response from customer support. It has 7 days replacement warranty .. But they are not replacing and request was completely ignored.I thought Livpure was a good brand so I ordered this . but I didn't expect this kind of response from them.feels like cheated by livpure.

        Service Request for Livpure Bolt+Copper RO was assigned on 20 June 2023 and the visit is pending for more than 10 days.

        There is no call from Livpure and complete ignorance towards service request.
        I have attached the screenshots of the service request.
        Even before I complained about Livpure on this platform and every time I had to complain about simple service requests, otherwise it is ignored entirely.

        Worst kind of service I have ever experienced.

        I have attached the screenshots of SMS from LivPure and the screenshot from LivPure app.

        I hope the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

            My liv pure ro is just a week older and service boy told that it is not filtering, he will work on it after approval by company but still no response.

                Hello Team,

                We buy 3 AC from Livpure and one of the AC is not working properly. We call the support line and raise a ticket on 31st May. One engineer come to our house and informed that the AC is having low gas and he informed that he will come tomorrow and fill the gas and now its been 8 days but no one come and no one is picking the call. We call the support and they gave the Area Service Incharge Mr Vishal contact detail and he is also not picking the call. We want to resolve this issue as soon as possible

                  We purchased a RO system last year, which started giving problems from just 2 months of purchase. We just continued to use it as it was quite an investment for us. As soon as one year was over, the people called us morning and night to purchase AMC, which is quite expensive. Now I’ve lodged complaint on May 11th. The problem is still not solved even though the technician has identified that the problem is with the RO membrane, they are not changing it. We have written to and called multiple times to the customer care, but it’s of no use. They just say the standard dialogues that it’ll be fixed soon. The response is the same for the posts I've posted in the social media. The local area manager and the technician also have permanently stopped receiving our calls. Such an unprofessional, incompetent company should be blacklisted by public, and made to pay penalties

                    I have 2 air coolers of Livpure Chill 35. The cooler is not pumping water, as a result only hot air is emitting. Please send your technician Vishal to attend as soon as possible. He has my contact number since he had attended my complaint last year as well.

                      After registering a complaint for my water purifier (water was not coming), the customer care rep told me that technician would come at 2 pm (20th May). Since I didn't see him till 2pm, I called technician directly. Then he told he would come at 4:30pm. Even after 5 pm, since I didn't see him, I tried calling again. But he wasn't picking the call. Now it has been over a day and he is still not picking up the call at all. Yesterday he made me wait in my flat till 5pm for no reason. Absolutely zero value is given to a customer's time here. He could atleast tell that he is not coming, in case he wasn't planning to come. He simply made me wait pointlessly. This has happened with the same technician multiple times in the past. His name is Babu Reddy Modem. His ID No: 2004345. I definitely need some action against this technician since this has been happening repeatedly. Also, I would request Livpure team to send a technician to fix my issue ASAP

                        I have raised a request to the service team to service my Livpure platina on May 02 2023. Service team still so far not been able to service my device.

                        I have followed many times but of no use. Customer service team closed the ticket raised by me with out any resolution and I ended up in creating another issue on May 16.

                        There is no escalation metrics who can really understand the customer pain. I ended up paying for 2 years maintenance support recently and I really doubtful of their ability to service when my device is in trouble.

                        Looking forward for some help and guidance.

                          Invoice Not provided for AMC

                          I purchased a Livpure Bolt + RO and the service guy who came to install offered a 2 year AMC which I purchased with cash payment. The Service Person said you will receive the invoice as soon as he reaches his office. But its been 10 days and I am continuously following up with ASI, Anup, in Bangalore but he is not taking my calls nor replying to messages.                           I purchased a LivPure Water purifier just 45 days ago and now the TDS level became less than 40 and with is not good for drinking. I raised a service request on 2nd May. I got allocated with a service person for May 3rd. As no one came and tried to contact the person on 4th of May and he said will call and come and disconnected phone and I contacted the customer care and shared the Regional supervisor numbers to contact where they will help me out on the issue. I contacted that person and he told will send me a service engineer and today is May 9th, no one has come for checking this issue. Even when i try to reach the supervisor he is not picking up the call or disconnecting. That is the only source of drinking water for my family where children has to drink. I clearly explained the situation and no proper response form the Livpure service. I could have purchased some local products for good support. In stead of putting so much money buying a good brand for good service support. I have attached the service request SMS.

                            I want to make a complaint of mental harassment the company is doing with me. Firstly, their services are mostly used by bachelors who stay in a rented property. Then they did not pick up the machine on time even after 15 days prior request submission and confirmation. I was in a picture that they have already picked up the purifier as they confirmed over phone. later after 6 months they are sending me legal notices of paying for the subscription(already cancelled 6 months ago) plus 15ooo/- for the purifier.

                            They are repeatedly calling and texting me on whatsapp which is pure case of mental harassment and I want to sue this company for that. I saw similar complaints from other people on the forum. Please let me know how shall I proceed?

                              The service request for my RO water purifier is open since last weeks. It was created on 23 - march -2023. The customer care number is not reachable, though I have reached multiple times( more than 10 times).The service engineer does not responds or even picks the call. This is really a pathetic service from Livpure after paying a AMC fees for 2 years which is valid till the next year end. I feel completely cheated by the company and regret the decision of purchasing a product from Livpure.

                                My 2 years ACMC got expired on 15th Jan 2023 and I have purchased another 1 year Online RO ACMC on 11th Apr being insisted by your customer care paying Rs 4399.While purchasing the warrenty it was ensured to me by your customer support team that all filters RO Carbon Filter, sediment filter, DI Cartridges, RO membran, external filter all are replaceable within warrenty. Earlier During service visit by your technician on Dec 2022 I was informed everything is perfectly fine in the filter.

                                Post activation confirmation of ACMC by customer care I had raised a complaint for service. But on visit technician now told me that suddenly 5 of the filters need to be replaced and denied service saying he cannot do this under 1year ACMC and forcing me to buy 2 years ACMC.

                                Regarding this I have called customer care numerous times.even talked to area incharge, senior people from AMC department for a resolution but all I get every call is that it will be resolved by EOD. Now I got response that AMC department is awaiting response from service department.
                                Facing this harassment from Livpure service for last 5-6 days and problem with drinking water, I came to know of 3 options from AMC department personnel :
                                1. Buy 2 years ACMC
                                2. Service to be provided upon approval from higher management
                                3. Full refund of the amount paid by me for the ACMC
                                Obviously I won't be taking option 1 following the pathetic customer experience and fraudulent sales and service by Livpure.

                                So I ask for either provide me the service with the existing ACMC immediately or refund the full amount paid by me .

                                Inspite of my numerous call, mail to customer care still now I haven't received any resolution. Service Request no : JS-[protected]
                                I am totally disappointed by the @livepure services .

                                  Hi, I have purchased livpure RO+UV+UF copper water purifier last month from local vendor. The day after installation machine stopped working. I called to installation guy but he mentioned me to raise a service request. It was hardly a day i purchased and used machine and it stopped working. I am surprised this kind of faulty machine have sold to me by company which didn’t work for a day also. after calling customer care service request is raised. Service guy came and solved the issue which was temporary and next day it again stopped working.I called him again and again he solved the issue temporarily. Till now he had come 7 times to my home and the solution was temporary. I am very much disappointed. I want to return my machine and need refund. Request you as a global company should take immediate action to resolve my issue permanently rather than just asking local vendor to temporarily fix the issue. this is causing distress and harassment even paying 20000 got faulty machine.
