Livpure — Refund not received from Livpure RO after cancellation

I purchased a Livpure RO system through my credit card. Later, I cancelled the order, and the company confirmed the cancellation. However, even after several weeks and multiple follow-up emails to [protected]@livpure.com, I have not received my refund.

The company only sends feedback emails but gives no proper response or resolution.

My Order ID is LSHPY161153, and the Order Date is[protected]. The purchase was handled by a Livpure representative named Vishal (Contact: [protected]). I have tried to contact him several times, but he has not responded to my calls.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and feels like cheating customers.
I request you to please look into this matter urgently and take necessary action against the concerned person and process my refund immediately.
