Livpure — Regarding unnecessary Harassment and sending of legal notice for RO Livpure default after 1.5 Years.

Dear Sir,
It's been more than 1.5 Years post returning that company is doing harrassment. Customer support agents were not responsive, unreachable most of the time though the concerned person who was using RO managed to let them know that he will not be available as he is leaving the flat so that they can collect the water purifier. Even days before leaving the flat he tried contacting them so that they can collect the water purifier stating clearly that the COVID lockdown is going on he will not be able to help them with this. After some days, an engineer comes and he handed over the RO Machine to him and the engineer didnt gave any receipt.

Now it's been more than a 1.5 Year since he left the flat and suddenly I started getting random calls from Livpure stating they came for dismantling at flat and over quite a many times I helped them as much as I could providing them all the contacts of concerned person who was using it and owner of the flat. Instead of calling him, they start calling me and it became Harassment to me getting calls, SMS every day for same reason repeatedly over and over again from different persons, and in the end, they send legal notice by you again threatening me ( attached) which they sent me over my WhatsApp number and started Harashing mentally asking for 15000 rs with Notice.

It's a clear case of their mistake and carelessness of Livpure which has caused them this issue and for that, they can't Harrash me every day for the default which is not done by me. I have helped them in every possible way that I could be even after 1.5 years . I want justice for me from Consumer Court on this matter, this Legal notice asking for 15000 rs and repeated calls, SMS from Livpure is Mental torture to me.
Request you to please resolve this issue and send this notice to real concerned person instead of me.
Also a lot of people are complaining about the same thing even after years of returning of this machine( Scrrenshots attached). Plz check.
Also tried calling Mr. Saurabh [protected], but he is not picking up my call neither replying on whatssapp.
