Keeping the brand ambassador Sir Sachin Tendulkar, you are spoiling the name. I have been repeatedly attending your calls from Service Provide and Authorize Service Center to close my complaint, by replacing the RO Water Purifier, since Dec 13th, 2025. Only complaint is getting registered getting calls from service provider and further no update. Only I am getting fake assurance from the Company and Authorize Service Center.
Before 13th Dec 2025, I have raised many complaints on water leakage, water purified filter or water purified is providing mud and machine getting overloaded with water. After all these complaints, I have requested to change the RO Water Purifier on 13th Dec due to repeat complaint. I have received calls and then the complaint was closed without information even though proper information was shared with your service provider and assurance given for change of machine.
After waiting for resolution called up second time, came to know that to know that due to not reached 13th Dec complaint was closed. This was something not acceptable. As I have recharged my RO Water Purifier you guys are not taking it seriously, since a month I am paying rent without proper utilization and this advantage has been taken by your company.
Why should I wait for more than a month to replace the machine which has been ensured, I have told your service provider the same during the second complaint, but they have taking it lightly. I need resolution now and not going to pay the rent for which the machine was damaged.
Kindy do the needful and respect your consumers precious time and health, for a month we have drunk unhealthy water coz you guys did what not expected.
