On the registered client phone number [protected], I have been using 'Livpure Smart Zinger Copper' Water Purifier on subscription basis with a monthly charge of around 700 rupees since the June of 2022. But since the last one and half month, I've been having issues with the purifier and Livpure is not resolving them in time. The attached image shows the complaints raised and how they are not resolved for days. It is summer and we have been struggling without drinking water for the last one month.
(i) Currently our livpure purifier is not turning on though the switch is on, and it's been one week since we raised a complaint (JS-[protected]). There has been no action taken despite repeated calls.
(ii) The company further tortures the customers by not assigning one area to one technician. There is a new technician for an area everyday and so many technicians keep calling every other day.
(iii) Moreover, as the technicians keep changing, no one has an idea of what is the issue and we, customers, have to explain them again.
(iv) Since the last two to three days, I've been trying to cancel my subscription and yet they don't do it by connecting the call to technicians and they promise that they will come in one hour and they don't.
Please help me here with the repair and an extension of two months on the subscription or help me cancel the subscription altogether.
