Company authorized agent is charging exorbitant money for his services.
For two clamps required for hanging the unit on wall Rs. 300 has been charged and Rs. 305 for installation.
No bills are being furnished despite repeated asking neither for material nor for service.

    Received a Notice when the water purifier was already picked up

    I had rented a livpure water purifier from furlenco in 2021 and last year in 2023 i was told from furlenco that they are no longer collaborating with livepure and i can wish to cancel the subscription or continue it with livpure. I chose to cancel the subscription and the water purifier was picked up from me in June 2023 and I received the deposit back for it from Furlenco. Now in Jan 2024 I received a notice on a whatsapp saying I have defaulted...

    Hi i have raised a request for uninstalling and asked them to collect and they never came

    I left india due to my work and suddenly got this notice about legal action in whatsapp

    They didnt come to collect within time and now harassing me with legal action

    Should i send a reply notice by hiring a lawyer

      I subscribed to Livpure filters for 6 months, initially paying a security deposit of 1500 and recharged 6000. Unfortunately, within 40 days, my family's health deteriorated, with my family members requiring hospitalisation. We later discovered, that Livpure RO filters were removing essential minerals, causing health issues. After switching to bottled water temporarily, we noticed a significant improvement in our immunity and health.
      Regarding billing, the executive assured us that they would refund the unused portion after deducting 3 months o[censored]sage due to the lock-in period. However, they're now refusing to provide any refund.

        Complaint raised on 11Dec for changing filters under the ACMC. Nobody bothers to attend to complaint. I have called customer care so may times, it is a waste of time- they r clueless and do nothing.
        Total waste of money n time. I regret having bought a Livpure product.
        Earlier, the service technician had yelled at me for not taking the ACMC through him( I had signed up online ).
        I have asked the customer service to refund my ACMC money so that I can discard the Livpure RO and buy some other unit, no response to that as well.
        This is a well oiled scam to rip off gullible customers.

          Refund not issued and now harassing with legal notice

          I had filed a request for relocation on 8th April 2023, around 1799/- amount was prepaid for remaining period at the time. The company didn't agree for relocation and wanted to take away the product without any refund.

          Later I raised request to surrender and refund. However, no action taken by the company at that point of time.

          Then, the company asked for submitting the RO machine and payment of extra period....

          Complaint regarding Pathetic customer service

            I am still didn't received the refund amount of rs 1499 as committed on the mail also at the time of pickup of the product from last two weeks. Multiple followups over the mail and call still no solution.

              No Refund - After Cancelling my Subscription

              I had opted for the subscription plan from livpure (On 4th Dec 2023) and made the payment online + submitted the kyc documents.

              On 2nd Dec 2023, I requested to cancel the installation request over call & refund me the amount. I was said I will get a call from cancellation team to confirm my cancellation request.

              However, after that, there has been no response or refund from them, even though i have tried contacting...

              I have been using the Livpure subscription plan from Jan 2023. I decided to end my subscription in August 2023. I called customer care but every time they gave me the same excuse. "We are not able to raise your request".

              I was forced to recharge the RO for 3 months as the customer care guy told me if you don't recharge we will deduct the amount from the security deposit.

              I want the device to be uninstalled and my security deposit refunded.

                The company is very bad in attending to customer complaint. Company promised to give free replacement of parts as a part of monthly subscription plan along with free service. I have been paying premium charges of INR 729 monthly since I have enrolled for this subscription. the wall mount clamp lock on the unit is broken without even any manhandling. looks like the unit could not bear the the weight along with water over time. luckily it was hanging on one side of the purifier when I noticed else it could have been a disaster snapping all the water hose and power chord. I then removed from the wall and placed on the platform, the surface of the RO purifier is not even and cannot stand on the platform. I am asking the company to give the replacement for which they are not even attending to the complaint. I have raised complaint multiple times and they close it immediately without even problem being addressed, I am not sure if this is the quality of service why are they fooling customer with monthly subscription plan. If this is not addressed I would want them to payback my security deposit so that I can go with the other brand that has better quality products. the Ticket number associated with my last complaint is "[protected]"

                  I had a rental RO, I cancelled the subscription on 26th October. Still the RO is not picked up. And no one from the pickup team contacted me. Every time the executive tells me they will contact me. But I receive no calls from the cancellation department. Now I have been charged 599 rs on the app for not using the RO. Today the executive told me they tried calling you, but I didn't picked up the call. Why would I not pick up the call, every time I am calling the customer care department to get it picked up? I have called daily from 26th to 2nd Nov to the customer care department every time they say they raised a fresh ticket and no one responds or take action on that. I will definitely post this experience to all social media platforms to highlight the pathetic service of Livpure.

                      LivPure team has gone bonkers. Getting little or no support regarding a Smart RO Machine. The machine failed nth time ( I have lost the count) now and I am so frustated I want a deposit from the LivPure Smart which was around 1500/-

                      The call representatives are very arrogant at times. They are not trained to pacify customers or understanding the problem. It's more about, "Ye call close karo jaldi".

                      But looking at number of compaints from my past, I have asked my refund and return this piece of garbage, but here in consumer complaint I have seen so many similar complaints I don't know If I will be helped at all.

                      In case, if someone in the top management really care, they should interfere because I am a sure shot detractor of LivPure.

                      POV: New RO is not LivPure!

                      Present Issue = Machine Leaking (happening 5th time now) and Filteration Failure (Checked TDS)

                        I had raised a request for return on 02.11.23 and they said with 72 hrs they will have the disconnection team contacting you but even after 5 days nobody contacted, no call came but they are claiming to have called when countered they are saying that sat and sun are holidays hence not possible but when countered that ur team said 72 hrs there was no reply.I have registered in Mobile also under [protected].I live in a rental place and my contract was suddenly terminated on 01.11.23, now I have to move out and they are not at all comming inspite of several requests to collect the unit.When pressed they are stating that SRO has been raised.I live at Bhowanipore, Kolkata .Kindly help

                            I had requested for a re-installation of RO purifier at my new location. After trying multiple times finally could connect with a customer care representative who said mail has to be dropped to ekyc team. That was done and then no response for 2 days. Then again contacted them who said attachment is not readable. Then again I sent the attachment in the readable format and then again no response. Whenever I had been raising request through their third class app then automatically they would be closed without any resolution. In between I would be getting calls regularly for making payment of my monthly plan. I had informed them that because re-installation is pending recharging doesn't make sense. The person on the other end of the call said that's another issue, now you pay first. Such inhuman statement. Anyway, again I mailed them and asked for response and still no response. Then finally the hell broke today when after I was able to connect with somebody from their customer care who informed that because of address mismatch the issue could not be resolved. This company doesn't even bother to care whether their client has been able to make arrangement for their drinking water and in the absence of re-installation how would they be managing. Such inhuman company. That too in matter of drinking water which is a basic human necessity.

                              For the past two months I have been raising multiple cancellation requests with Livpure customer care and they are rejecting my cancellation requests and over and above that have charged me 1498 rupees rent for the last
                              Two months.
                              I have not received any service for the last two months as the machine had stopped working after I decided to not recharge and submit my cancellation request.

                              This is evident that livpure is duping customers and looting them of the security deposit money, without providing any service whatsoever. I want refund of my deposit money in entirety and my cancellation to be completed.

                              For the past two months I have been raising multiple cancellation requests with Livpuresmart customer care and they gave me this or that date that machine will be picked up and deposit amount refunded. On August 8th I called and requested a cancellation and they told me it will done in two to four days time. That didn't happen despite frequently calling and checking. Finally I had to resume recharge on August 15 as they didn't cancel. It was finally picked up on October 30 and I got a refund of 1050 after deducting 249 and extra 449 for not continuing the recharge. They requested to send all the ye details via email but inspite of that they still deducted the 449. This is unreasonable and unacceptable. They should have picked up and issued a refund by August 12 itself but they didn't. I request you to refund 449 which has been illegally deducted from the initial deposit.
                              This is evident that livpure is duping customers and looting them of the security deposit money, without providing any service whatsoever. I want refund of my deposit money in entirety and my cancellation to be completed.

                                My rentel water purifier is still not installed after subscribing a week ago .
                                It's on monthly basis, my package. I already lost one week of one month . Am I gonna get the money back for one week? I had to buy packaged water for the last one week that costed me over 300 /-. Who is responsible for this?
                                I was told that within 1/2 days it will be delivered and installed .no news of that yet .I want my money back in full amount which is 1748/-
