I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the process of canceling my subscription with Livpure Smart. I have been attempting to cancel my subscription, but unfortunately, I have been unable to do so.

NOTE : Date of cancellation - 20th April, 72 hours have passed and there is no cancellation call yet.

I have followed all the outlined procedures and tried to cancel through the customer care and emails, and there seems to be no option available to complete the cancellation process. This is extremely frustrating.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. Please cancel my subscription and confirm the cancellation at the earliest. I would also appreciate it if you could provide me with written confirmation that my subscription has been successfully canceled.

If you require any additional information from my end to process the cancellation, please let me know. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and confirmation of the cancellation.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    On 31.0324, AMC was renewed for 2 years with mandatory part replacement each year. However, till date no one has come for part replacement despite multiple follow ups. Req num-[protected]. Its been informed that parts are not available with the company. in view of the same, I request the company for compensation in failure to keep the commitment else they can refund the AMC amount along with interest.

      I have raised the plenty of my concerns to LivPure regarding the service of RO. However, they just send the email and do nothing and close the complaint without any resolution. I raised #[protected] to get service as I already paid AMC charges for 2 years. The area manager is not receiving our calls now a days and just give us assurance that we'll resolve soon. It's been 5-6 months and we're still chasing the LivPure but no resolution as they said we have stopped giving service to customers because they closed the office in our area.

        No maintenance and filter replacement support

        I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the maintenance and filter replacement support for the product I purchased less than six months ago.         Since recharging my Livpure Smart RO on 03/29, it has failed to sync with the mobile application and has ceased functioning. Despite multiple calls made from 03/29 until now, the issue remains unresolved with no one attending to it from the Chennai office. This is the Second time I am facing a delay in service.
        It's frustrating to call on a daily basis to follow up on the issue.

        Finally on 05/04/2024 i got one Chennai technician who attended and told its board issue and he is not ready to take up my concern instead they are asking for a Happy code without resolving the ticket.

        Every time i need to spend an Hour to explain my issue to the customer care team and they will simply say we will escalate and nothing will happen. They just what to close the call nothing useful they will do to resolve your concern. They will attend the call and convince you by saying we escalated but they don't do it also they don't have any provision to connect the call to the service team. Simply waste our time.
        I raised cancellation after getting frustrated on 06/04/2024 and for that also nobody called and collected the unit till now. They were irresponsible and playing with customer mental health

          I made subscription for livvpure rental water purifier dated 04th April 2024 upon the advice of tele caller and made payment of Rs.2048 /- thru G-Pay upon the confirmation and assurance of installation of machine within on priority basis with in 2 days. But to my surprise equipment delivered next day and on 6th April 2024, technician call me for installation and given me time of 4pm evening on 6th April 2024. But after waiting i called technician and did not response to my call till 10th April 2024. I called on customer care service also many time and they promise to solve the issue but till today i.e. 13.04.2024 still my issue is not solved, no one will call me as they promised.

          Hence i am raising this complaint against not unsatisfactory service.
          I also want to cancel my subscription and want my refund.

            I was purchased Livpure RO on March 29th, installation person came to my house after 5 days of order given till now not yet resolved.

            received damaged product, I given no of complaints but no response from them. Even we try to reach customer support also we cann't.

            One day miracle was happen customer care person lift my call and immediatly I said "Please cancel my subscription and refund my money".
            He agreed and said that with in 3 days my person will visit to your house and equipment will return after 7 days money will refund to your account.

              urgent: persistent issues with water purifier service

              I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the consistently poor service provided by your company regarding my water purifier. Over the past month, I have repeatedly raised complaints, and each time it takes an unacceptable 3-4 days for the issue to be addressed.               Livpure is one of the pathetic product. After installation, we frequently experienced health issues and there was no one to attend to us from livpure. There was delayed response after cancellation of subscription and till now, there is no refund from their side.

                Post sales LivPure is not providing the service which they are committed. Even after calling multiple times, there was no such action I could see from LivPure. LivPure customer service team provided details of two person (Nitish and Amarnath) to contact unfortunately after calling them for the 1st time, they stopped answering my call.

                  I placed a request to cancel my subscription and pick up the Livpure machine. First, they mentioned that the process is of 5-7 days; then they disapproved my request saying that they called and I did not pick up. However, I did not receive any call from them. I have raised a pickup request again. However, I have not heard back anything. This is mental torture and harrassment on customers who have to call the customer support again and again to get the machine picked up.

                    Livpure is not taking their machine back even after a week

                    Livpure team is always talking very arrogantly and just giving same answer to everyone that they tried calling us but either it didn’t connected or I missed a call. I am attending every spam call and they still say same reason and closing my request . They are torturing in cancellation process. I’m trying to cancel it very first month but their fake statements and hidden conditions made me to use this machine for 4 months...

                    I have raised cancellation request on 7th March 2024 but till now(17th March 2024) nothing has been done. When I raise the request, they said I'll be getting a call from cancellation team in 24hrs but haven't received a single call from that team. I have provided even my alternate number to contact me but still didn't get any calls. I have sent email and called many times regarding this. But couldn't get it resolved. I'm getting calls from email team, sales team but not from cancellation team. They are refusing to connect me with that team directly when I call them. This kind of process is unnecessary difficult for consumers. This issue needs to be escalated.

                      We bought a purifier in Sep 2022, Installation is done and the waste water is mixed with good water and we drank it for a year, we went to native for some personal reason for around 6 months and we came back in a few days, the tap is broken and we call it for service, the technician told me that waste water didn't go out till date and you won't cover it in warranty and he service it and from the next day water leakage is there, whenever we call the technician or customer care, everyone told me that we will come and check but no one was came till date for the last 2 weeks and they didn't attend the call again and again I called customer care and do the same thing

                        I have purchase livpure bolt water purifier in april 2023 from vijay sales wakad pune
                        They have said water purifures is good n 3 to 5 year it will perform well

                        After just 11 months use water stopped coming so we called for technician from Livpure

                        Technician said electric part and all membrane plus candles need to replace it wil come 5000 to 6000

                        Firstly we stay in pcmc pimpri chinchwad limits so water is corporation sourced almost clean

                        Still how can membranes and candles are gone

                        This is a scam this livpure company is doing to make more profit they are fooling people

                        Dont ever purchase livpure water purifier they are fake and scammers

Contacted livpure customer care but I just got the contact number of service agency which I already have. No responses from agency or area manager of livpure. Pathetic service.
