I m writing to customer care they are not reading mail only registering the complaint and send id number and your Local dealer at jaipur alwary close the complaint id without taking OTP from me. I m facing this problem last one month please arrange to instruct your customer care that first they read my all the mails than registered the complaint. My Livepure R.O. is under warranty and it is not maintaining the TDS. your Mechanic is asking amount to correct this he is telling one instrument will be fitted in our machine then it will work.

Sir I m senior Citizen and we are facing this type of problems from a big company. Please look into the matter and solve our problem as early as possible and oblige us.
