Livpure — Unethical actions, not returning nor refunding product

I purchased a Livpure RO on 22nd June after the sales representative told me that it would be delivered and installed by 25th June 2025.in Flipkart, it was showing delivery by 24th and installation by 26th June. As they have assured me that all will be done by 25th June, I bought from their company website. I was having a train on the 25th night, when I checked tracking website; it was showing arrival by 30th. I mailed them regarding the same and conveyed my inability to receive the product after 25th June. Still, then they are repetitively trying to call me regarding delivery, not addressing my issue. Customer care people are closing complaints without any resolution; they are not even picking up my calls. One salesperson even called, and I clearly mentioned that I cannot receive it; then he told customer care will take care of this. Order no: LSHPY154500
