Livpure — Unethical behaviour

A 'cancel of service' request was raised by me on 7th May 2025.
The water filter that I rented out was supposed to be picked up by them in under 72 hours.
Nothing has been done as of 30th May EOD.
I was supposed to receive my deposit amount for their products with 72 hours after pickup.
None of this has been done by them.
I have raised the same complaint thrice now and they still haven't don't anything.
Also, they decline to provide any proofs or guarantee of the request being proceeded.
They decline to send official emails of request acceptance or anything of that sort, obviously trying to hide their unethical practices but not giving any proofs.
I have call logs with their customer service, nothing else.
All they do is say that they will do it earliest, but never register a complaint or let us get any clarification on any details of the request, essentially not even registering the 'cancel of service' request.
Due to this I have to bear losses of more than 10, 000 rupees.

Extremely unethical.
