I was seeking for a personal service in Pune. And as I was looking, I found this website Locanto. I searched for a service and I contacted. After contacting, that person asked me to pay 400 rupees as booking amount. I've paid it. Then when I reached to the location, I've paid the rest of the amount as per his instructions. Then he asked me for security deposit of 4000 that was for me and the lady. After that when I paid him the security deposit, he said that it'll take around 30 minutes for her to reach. And then when I was trying to contact him, he didn't pick up. He didn't turn off the phone but he never picked up. I texted him and called him multiple times. Please help me
