My name is Gheorghe Colbasiuc. I made one booking to rent a car from Locato dates 26 of March until 2 of April, from Malpensa Milano Airport, booking reference number[protected]. At the airport we decided to change booking, especially to take a bigger car and to do booking until 3 of April. Lady from there check the prices and she said the price will be 251, 93 Euro. Because lady’s English wasn’t good enough she put all the figures on the paper: final price minus initial payment, her figures showed us, that left to pay around 50£. We asked 3 times how much left to pay and she every time assigned us that we have to pay only this amount of money. Until the end both amounts of the money was taken from our account, also second payment was taken from a wrong card, the one witch we put to be used for deposit. When we changed booking she saw our flights tickets and said our booking need to be for 7 days, but another mistake done by staff. This morning I got an email with information that my rent ended today and I have to pay 77, 97€. Is that right price for another day? Should I pay your staff mistakes? Last amount of the money was taken from my card, without other information and without to be given an receipt. In that case the transactions are illegal. I have four witnesses witch can confirm all the details. I hope you will resolve the situation, otherwise I’ll complain everything to European Car Rental Conciliation Service. Thank you!
