Lodha Group — AC drain pipe is clogged with construction debris but LODA is not attending since 5 years

My apartment at Lodha Palava phase 2 Casa Lakeside Lakeshore greens, I had earlier raised a complain to Lodha under ticket ref[protected] regarding the AC drain pipe that is concealed in the Wall is clogged with some construction debris, due to which the water from the Air condition is not passing to the drain & instead reversing back & leaking through he wall. In the 1st instance the service guys saw it & said it is not their problem as the Defect Liability period is only 6 months & closed the matter as resolved

My application clearly said 5 years defect liability, 5 years is getting nearer now & they have come back saying that we are about to complete the 5 years & please report if any defect but their App is not accepting any complain regarding Leakages

Can I ask to Lodha if the concealed pipe is clogged & they have not inspected it properly from your end whose problem is it. I understand this may not have been inspected but you must get this resolved once we have reported you. Can you at least do something now as a responsible Developer.
