Lodha Group — Cancellation of flat booking and refund my money

Dear Sir,

I had booked a 2 BHK flat under your Lodha Crown City Project at Taloja bypass, Mumbai. I had given an advance booking amount of 45000/- by debit card on 1st April 2023.

The booking was done under myself and my husband name “ Mrs. Vinaya Bhagwat Ghodake and Udaykumar Vedpathak”. I am enclosed herewith a copy of the booking receipt and transaction details for your reference.

I regrade to inform you that I will not be able to purchase the flat as I am unable to arrange the money and Co-owner withdrawing for going further. I do not have enough saving as well.

As agreed by you at the time of booking, I request you to kindly cancel flat booking and initiate refund amount as soon as possible because I have paid my whole month salary on 1st April 2023.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused from this decision, but I have no other choice considering the circumstances.

Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side to proceed with the refund.
