Possession Delayed and no official revised possession date and no compensation yet

I have booked a flat in Lodha Unica in Jogeshwari in Nov 2019 and my possession date on the paper was Dec 2020. But, they have not delivered the flat yet. I am asking them to tell me when I will get my unit and they keep informing me that they will let us know about the possession date by end of the month from the last 6 months. I asked them about how and when will I get compensation because of delayed possession, but they dodge my question...

Cancel Lodha Room Booking and Refund is not initiated

We had booked a flat H Building of Phase 2 Casa marvella at Lodha on January 7th, 2023, and unfortunately, we had to cancel the booking due unavailability of the required INR 40, 60, 000/- loan from Bajaj FINANCE and my mother's health was getting worsened (She got a heart attack). We had requested a refund of the amount paid towards the booking, which was INR 99, 000 to lodha group (Case No. 0501697)

Dear Sir,

Yesterday, when I visited the premises "I-think "at Lodha, situated opposite to Xperia Mall, one person was sitting with red eyes. I guess he was drunk at the office and during duty hours.

I had some work / inquiry with Madam Pooja also sitting there. When asked the name of that person he has denied.

As per my final demand I was suppose to get the final demand of 1 lakh 70 thousand however they sent me the final demand of 448000 rupees.

Cancellation request - Reimbursement of Booking amount // CRN: 2225778

I had booked a flat in Palava - Dombivli by keeping a deposit of 2 lakh + amount.
Due to a bad experience with Lodha Financial team, I am backing off from this project and had requested for re-imbursement of the amount paid as booking amount in the initial stage.

Cheating on flat are

I am Jibran Khan, owner of Flat Orchid N1214, Lodha Crown Taloja.

I was show a different flat and given a different one at the time of possession. Have spoke with all sales person . Initially they informed me that they will shift me but now all they do is block me....

Scam

I have charged for 4 years as maintenance and all I get is nothing. All below mentioned email have been sent to Lodha and they have not responded yet. It's just scaming people Legally.

Parking related issue and wrong behaviour of Pcma from lodha group

Waiting for possession since 2020

Charging parking fee 70/- on weekends even with a valid movie ticket

Lodha Xperia Mall charged ₹70/- parking today(27/11/2022). I had booked movie ticket for PVR cinema, situated in the mall. I informed them about the law that in private shopping malls parking is free. You can only charge me if I spend more than an hour without a movie ticket. But they denied. Required Refund of Token Money Rs.45450

I had visited lodha crown dombvili on dated 13.Nov.22 for 2bhk flat. Where i meet pooja, Where they shows sample flat of 2bhk having carpet area of 470sqft. On account of that i have given token amount of Rs. 45450 through online transfer.
