I am owning a flat in lodha amara in w11 flat no 202. Even before completion of 1 year from procession there are serious leakages in the flat. There are heavy leakage happening from above flat and has damaged ceiling. Water from ceiling is also reaching bedroom and there is water seepage on bed. There could be serious threat to conseal electric wiring.

Inspire of complaint many time to your local office there is no action and leakage is increasing day by day.

Such a poor quality of construction before even completing year before procession is not acceptable and expected to be rectified immediately by lodha group.

Updated by vinodnee Hi after complaint some people attended in Lodha Amara W11 flat no 202 however they were not able to fix the issue. Leakage still continues in my bedroom & it is becoming unusable. Entire bedroom interior is damaged on ceiling.It is also becoming health hazard.

Please act immediately & help urgently.

Leakage problem is getting increased day by day.& no response /resolution done.Flat is becoming un-usable. Bed room ceiling is leaking continueously..

Updated by vinodnee There is no action from Lodha end to stop leakage. It is becoming worse day by day. Please do immediate action and no one even respond back. See picture below for leakage in bedroom. Please act urgently
