I had made EOI payment on 21st Apr 2019 for Lodha Amara 2 bhk flat which was going to launch by 10th May. Since I was not satisfied I had requested cancellation on 15th May 2019 and till date I have not received my refund of EOI Rs 2, 16, 000. Booked a flat at lodha eternis in february 2017 and took possession recently in march 29019 after considerable delay - more than normal delay as m/s. Lodha was using the premises for sales office purpose delaying the possession on flimsy explanations/grounds.

I got a call from Kamlesh Dubey (sales executive at lodha Amara thane) for follow up of my visit. He behaved not in a good manner when I told him I booked somewhere else. He told something before putting down the phone that was not professional.
During visit also he was so loud in pushing us to pay for EOI that we got irritated and left from there.

I visited the lodha Amara site 16 May 2019 with the good intent of buying but such foolish sales people really turn off the mood!! First they are not ready to show you the ready site lodha amara. Then they do some dramatics and say we will show you exclusively.

We have been complaining of door frame coming out due to plaster coming out besides door frame with lodha regarding my flat at lodha amara, kolshet, w7 1803 but till date no response and now they are saying that they cannot repair as this complain is not within one month of possession.
