Lodha Group — Mis-selling o[censored]nit | |
Dear team, This is in reference to below trail email, kindly note that the first walking was done on November 15, 2020 through ICICI and the unit offered was 1707 floor for final amount INR 47, 17, 979 after negotiation in Lodha crown. However, the offer was not accepted as the final amount was out of our budget. Further, we had informed Lodha as well as ICICI (previous channel partner) about the financial constrain i.e. shortage by INR 50, 000 as the and reason for not booking/accepting the order. Further, we received a call from CP Daddys Infra few days after the rejection of said unit. We explained about our requirement, Budget i.e. 45-46 Lakhs and preference for flat. Subsequently, while our discussion, we had also informed Mr. Shekhar Saharabudhe (AVP) and Vishal (RM) about our visit to Lodha Crown and rejection of offer due to shortage by INR 50, 0000. Vide email dated November 19, 2020 and subsequent discussion with Mr. Shekhar (AVP, CP Daddys Infra) they made us offer for unit number 1723 at amount INR 46, 67, 979 including of further discount of INR 50, 000 from CP amounting. After lot of discussion and personal arrangement (from our family/relatives and others) we finally decided to accept said unit 1723 at amount INR 46, 67, 979 in Lodha crowm. The booking was done through my sister-in-law Ms. Priyanka Patel (as she agreed to pay the shortfall amount) on November 19, 2020 and finally we were able to book the unit. First instalment was payed to Lodha as well. Further, cooling period (certain period of time) was not informed neither communicated to us by both the CP or Lodha before/at the time of booking registration or even first instalment. Multiple call and email follow up was done to CP Daddys Infra regarding the same. But none of our queries regarding the same was answered nor a proper explanation was provided and again we are made to pay the same amount of INR 47, 17, 979 which we had rejected due to financial constrain. This leads to mis-selling Lodha Crown will always be our dream home however as informed earlier as well during our multiple discussion with various representative, we will not be able to continue with amount 47, 17, 979 . To book and live in our dream Lodha crown, we still request Lodha to consider our request and mapping to CP Daddys Infra or providing further discount from current CP.
