Lodha Group — New Scam of Lodha Group

Hello,

I am to share a new scam method done by LODHA group.
So, we brought a house in installments and we are about to get the keys next week. So here is the scam they do : After 5 years of paying installments to LODHA group, they will suddenly come up with a missing/unsuccessful payment which was done 5 years ago. After sending the proof of bank receipts and even LODHA'S acknowledgment receipt they need bank statement of credit card used back in 2018 which is 5 long years ago.

As a responsible company and a reputed company like LODHA GROUP. we as their customers/future tenants we are actually relaxed and rest assured that there will be no scam and not even after 5 years.
Just because their accounts department are incapable to handle their accounts they are now targeting the innocent customers to settle their internal FRAUD after 5 long years.

I just want to spread awareness of this new fraud scamming method of LODHA PALLAWA GROUP.
