[Resolved]  Lodha Group — Parking area issue

My name is Nisha Krishnan, recently purchased a flat at Fresca J, 403, Lodha Palava Dombivili, 421204 and received possession already. in the month of July.

To give you the background of my complaint, During the agreement of the flat, one of my major requirement was to get an open car parking which was clearly conveyed to the sales team of Lodha Palava. We were promised by Palava Sales team that during the possession we will be provided with open car parking only. In the possession letter, the provided lot is MLCP. I have already escalated to PCMA and also spoke to the sales team and they have told us that they will talk to PCMA to help us get the open car parking which was promised to us. After one month of constant follow up, I am running behind PCMA and the sales office to internally communicate and help us, too many emails from my end but I dont find Lodha service helpful in any ways. I am extremely disappointed with what I am left now. The sales team of Lodha Palava promises a lot before closing deals and here is what I am constantly following up to get something that was promised to us to make us buy the flat.

Escalating here with a hope that I will get a resolution. I am okay to visit the head office if there is no solution to us, because honestly I am tired of so many email exchanges which is only one way and email escalations are of no use, its been a month already.
