On 10 July, I had complained about commode leakage coming from the above flat through the ceiling into my flat. The maintenance team from PCMA after checking said they would do the waterproofing for the floor above. Till 21st August ( today ) the work has not started. All follow up to their 311 call centre are futile with no proper updates.
All request for an escalation matrix or request to speak to senior management is flatly refused. Lodha just does have concept of escalation matrix and no one from senior management bothers look into your complaint. You are left to the mercy of 311 call center. Was this information helpful? |
