Lodha Group — Refund of amount against cancellation of flat by the sales executive | |||
This email is with concern to our flat booking cancellation at Lodha-Trinity. I would like to request you to refund my amount against the flat booking which I made in 2019 and paid you the booking amount in the form as: ICICI Credit Card Payment : Rs.45, 000.00 paid on 24.08.2019 for the flat booking of C-1004 ICICI Debit Card Payment : Rs.1, 44, 000.00 paid on 29.09.2019 for the flat booking of B-1503 It is very clear and known fact that the reason for the cancellation of flat which is due to the blunder by the sales executive and is unavoidable. Post booking of the flat-B 1503 by paying an advance money, it was stated that the flat belongs to the first party who had done the booking earlier and now since he is willing to pay the loans, you asked us to choose the other flat which was not at all convincing to us. Under such circumstances after that I stopped my payment and requested to cancel my booking and refund my money in full.
