Lodha Group — Return of token amount

I am writing to request a refund of the token amount that I paid for
booking a plot in your project Cape of Bliss, Dapoli. Unfortunately, due to
unforeseen circumstances, I have decided to withdraw from the project on 11-Mar-2023(mail sent for withdrawal).

I had paid a token amount of Rs.45, 000 at the time of booking date 25-Feb-2023 with reference number E230225PTQVVKW and I understand that this amount is refundable as per the terms and conditions of the booking agreement.

I have been informed over mail that my amount will refunded in 45 days. It's been already 45 days over, I have not received my refund. Despite of several reminder on mail no one respond. Request you to expedite the same, as a customer I am helpless and loosing my trust towards Lodha Group.

This is very disappointing for me the day I raised refund request till now I haven't received any notification regarding progress of refund.

Let me know if anything else required from my side and provide ETA for refund.
