Dear team,

We have submitted the REALME mobile on feb 2021
Regarding insurance claim at bhimavaram lot mobiles 1
We follow up this from feb 2021 to till date
Total 8 months
No one responded
And here i visit just now no one clear my issue. They saying tomorrow will update.
And that time we have paid the insurance amount. But policy not generated
In future we never step in to entire lot mobiles in pan India.

And i want my insurance policy from one assist insurance company.
