I have finance my two wheeler hero splendor plus cast with no. Up16bf8230, my two emi pending due to change my account, but bank not issue new chq. Book of my new account in coporation bank.

I request to you please change my bank account so my emi deducted at time.

And i have told to your branch in bara khamba road, they not change and now i have to pay two month penalty, this is not...

I was issued a loan for a Two Wheeler in the year 2014 against which EMI period started from 03.10.2014 (Rs. 2968/- for 18 months).
But due to some technical fault from your end EMI could not be deducted from my account and against which I had to bear the pain of paying the EMI in cash for 11 months consecutively starting from 03.10.2014 at your beck and call. However for the last 7 months EMI was deducted from my account.

Recently I purchased 2 wheeler from Solar TVS Bangalore. And availed loan from L&T finance. While booking vehicle at showroom, I was told that ROI is 8.5%. After getting vehicle delivered i recieved loan documents.
I was shocked to see that ROI has changed to 14.78%.
Immediately I called customer care and asked to reduce ROI. They didn't accept my request and also they are not ready to close my loan also.

Respected authority; please look into this matter and resolve.

With due respect I would like to inform you that, my loan installment are to be paid on the 3rd of every month as specified by the L&T Fin Ltd. But I paid the loan installment on[protected] earlier April. I was fined Rs. 500.00 for paying the loan installment before the due date. Paid Rs. 500.00 of the penalty on[protected]. Again a fine of Rs. 500.00 was imposed on the delay in payment of fine. Again I paid Rs. 500.00 fine on[protected].

I have paid the loan installment on[protected] on due date last month. But again, they have imposed a fine of Rs. 500.00. They deducted Rs. 295.00 from my account on[protected] without my permission.

These phone numbers have caused me a lot of mental turmoil. Phone Number [protected], [protected], [protected]. I request you to look at the whole thing thoroughly.

So I request you to do justice in this regard.

My Name Is Birju Kumar Madal I Faience One Bike From L&T On My Wife Name pooja Kumar i will Not Pay 7 EMI Because I Will Job Less Now I Am Ready To pay And I am Already Send To Mail for Settlement On Date 7/08/2024 But Today some Body Is Came To My office Around 8 man to came my office and misbehave With me and By force Taken Bike Key i request him please give me time to pay my lone because waiting for mail for startlement I Have All video And Photo Available on your recovery agent to came to my office he not provide any id card not given any paper only misbehaving with me on my office so i hand over the bike but this is not good

Took 2wheeler loan and paid that in full long back. L&T Finance has issued NoC hardcopy for me long back. But due to some problem not able to submit that to RTO for Hypothecation termination. Now I want to submit the same. But L&T Finance asking to pay for NoC. So paid the mentioned amount at their web site on 11-July-2024. But the file downloaded not able to open. Hence, I raised this issue to their Customer Care then to GPO then to PNO. But till date they yet to resolve my issue stating that the matter under another department. But yet to get any resolution. Seek your help to get my NoC from L&T Finance company.

They keep calling me from different numbers. Don't know what their problem is. I DO NOT WANT THEIR FINANCE SERVICES. Request you to block them RIGHTAWAY!!!

Very frustrating.

I get so many calls for Loan. How do they have the right to disturb me like that. I need to file a compliant

I have never subscribed for L&T finance. And I am repeatedly getting calls from them from different numbers which leads to IVR which does not give me option to unsubscribe from the call.

I have reported the incident to L&T Finance via twitter (screenshot attached), but this calls has not yet been stopped.

Since the number is different everytime, it is hard for me to report to 1903, hence requesting your help to expedite this and enforce the company to give option to unsubscribe the call through IVR.

I am Kiran Prakash Shedge having two Wheeler loan of l and t two wheeler finance. My current month emi is pending customer care talking very rude how Indian government financial Organisation allow such rude language for recover of just current pending emi.

Due to New Job My Salary date is 5-10 every month and my emi date is 3rd of every month. So that's why I requested to l and t finance to change EMI date to 10th of every month, but they rudely refused by saying "tum VIP ho kya tumhara emi date change kare". What kind of language is this totally unprofessional.

I am requesting Indian government consumer forum to help me with this change my EMI date and make recovery agent talk politely.

This 1 month delayed, I met with an accident past 20 days before my bike front doom damaged, I expenses 5000 Rs totally for bike repair. So this month loan delay. The collection agent was irritating me he go to my house and he say bike taken soon for this 1 month delay, what is this childish behavior, ? I am at now 1 important interview at Coimbatore with 10 days training. I will finish my training and clear my emi due 3000 RS soon. He call again and again with new numbers and disturb my job. I am very upset. So kindly please, u inform ur office to that collection agent stop him to torture and irritating me. I will surely clear my pending Emi amount soon. I requested for foreclosure letter of my housing loan account number H[protected] on 11th August. I have had at least 30 emails and 20 calls with your customer care and I still do not have the letter after 1 and half MONTHS.

During this time, I was constantly harassed to continue with them and not close my loan even after I told them multiple times that my decision was final.
If you value your time, please stay away from this pathetic excuse of a company. They are dishonest, unethical and incompetent.

We already pay a due on throw link in 7 sep but again due is collect in my account on 8 sep so please Refound my money to my account

Daily I am receiving the msg/call from L&T Finance daily it is very irritating and it effect to work while I am in meeting.

When we dnt want loan then why they simply forcing and harassing to customers, please stop disturbing to me.

I have been receiving calls since one year asking for payment settlement of loans taken by someone named Salman Ahmed and Sameer Ahmed and I have no connection with any of them whatsoever. Infact I have never availed any kind of service from L&T finance ever. These people are total illiterates and have no sense of speaking. They unnecessarily argue with me and say rubbish stuff. It’s a shame that all this is going on in the name of such a big company and yet no one is addressing how they’re harming the company’s reputation.

This is for kind attention that I have not received foreclosure letters for my home loan ac # H[protected] & H[protected]L despite repeated follow ups since 21 Jul 2023. It was first confirmed to send within 15 working days, however no resolution even after timeline was over. As per recent response received upon follow up, respective request # 22452526 is mentioned to be under process. As there is interest being incurred each day, request to resolve it asap to avoid unnecessary financial burden on me.
