L&T finance,
I brought a vehicle with the help of L&T Finance Loan and i have to pay the EMI of Rs 3494 by 3rd of every month for 24 months.
I use to keep enough amount in my bank for EMI as I am aware of the loan.
Every month after having of enough amount in the bank i get due and the last emi - the month of february emi which has to be deducted on[protected] it has to be deducted
I have kept the enough amount for the Emi and in spite of that they charged Rs.590 three times in the name of due.
If I call the customer care number there will be no response from their side as it will not connect. i have tried calling them millions of times but it is always same.

[protected] : Rs590 has been deducted 3 times= Rs 590x3= Rs 1770

If i call the Customer care number i dont have any response.
But from the 18th of every month they gonna torture the customer by calling them 5-10 times every day.

They want Emi which will be present in the bank but they deduct the due.
so I present here my complaint.
I am requesting a refund and i want to deduct my EMI from bank.

Pov I am attaching my bank Statement as proof. or you can contact me for Proof.

Everyday I get SMS for loan.
I am not looking for one.
Stop the SMS and calls.

Hi, I receive 10-15 unsolicited marketing calls from L&T finance every day. I have blocked a lot of their numbers but every time it is from a new number. I want to sue them for harassment.

I am getting spam messages from l&t finance company for personal loans daily. It still comes in inbox even after making it spam and block. Please resolve it

I have a issue with consumer loan foreclosure. I take a pre approved consumer loan Loan Account C[protected]. I want to closed my loan paying the outstanding amount and charge . I have a doubt where I made my payment and how it do. No L&T office in my home town please give me a solution it's very urgent.

I am getting multiple spam calls from L&T finance and I am in no requirement for any type of finances or loans. I am a working person and these calls are so much irritating that it is affecting my mental health. Request you to stop calling and sending messages....

I have availed a personal loan from your organisation and the first EMI date was on 3/12/22. But on the due date my EMI was not debited. So I contacted your costumer service centre and a person named Rupak informed me through email and whatsapp that it was an error of the operation department . In my account details instead of my Axis Bank account the operation team has given someone else's Indian Bank account number. But now when I download loan statement from the planet application it is shown that the EMI is bounced on 3/12/22.My point is that being your mistake how could you update on my account details that the EMI is bounced and Rs. 1 overdue in my loan account. This will affect my CIBIL score and When I apply for a loan in some other bank they will consider my history as having a non-starter case and DPD in this account .

When I complained Mr. Rupak had informed through watzapp that there will not be any overdue and bounce in my statement as this happened out of the mistake of your operation staff. Even after sending complaints regarding the the usage "bounce" and "overdue" in my statement, there is no response from the part of your customer service centre. A customer should not suffer out of your negligence. It is not a trustworthy service on the part of your organisation that you were unable to find a solution to a complaint mail send to you on December 3. My only mistake in this case is availed a personal loan from your organisation. This will be the first and last experience

As this happened not out of my mistake, kindly address the issue and remove the term " bounce" and "overdue" from my loan history. The proof of every communication which I had with your customer service centre is in mail.

Sir I had purchase consumer loan (C[protected]) nd it's my 5th due and i was late because of office not provided salary on time as i am working in pvt co. As ur collection agent ([protected])came i requested to collect amt this month end. He talked Abuse langauge use (Bhikarchot says to me) After that one call came from office i didn't attend as i am in office. I said mind ur language.. She said i talk like this with fraud stupid kind of person... I said i have ur record and i compliant to police... And ur office.. For that she said first u pay amt then go any where i don't care.. Fraud and also some bad words in Marathi.. My question is are you people giving such training to those agent. Because without any authority no one dare to talk and abuse like this.. See ur staff duty is to collect information and to collect money and if cheque bounce u charge extra money if delay for that you charge extra.. From all corner you are in safety side and not in loss.think about us. Abusing people never know the value of request... They just need to achieve their target given by company.. And last question if i paid my due then what should i say to that lady fraud then i am paid this due ... Cheap worst staff of l&t finance... I just written to u to know about ur reputation in market because of this kind of staff's and also collection agents... Teach them some manners.. One person taking finance mean his capacity is not much so he asking loan from company like u and other. Accoding to that u people have to behave and act... Our silent is not our weakness... Hope u reply some safe answer to my question.otherwise i am register police station complaint .. Because u people's stand always safe side...

I have received a post from a self proclaimed advocate on behalf of L&T Finance that I have to pay a certain amount of money as repayment of a loan taken in 2019 which is absolutely false. This is ridiculous as I have not taken any loans from the company. So please resolve this matter immediately or I will take legal action.

My brother-in-law bought a scooter in L&T Finance through online. They delivered a vehicle and NOC from L&T Finance. When we check this at RTO office for registration transfer, they found the registration number is not matching with Engine and chassis number.

As per RTO office confirmation, the registration no for above mentioned Engine and chassis no is " TN12AQ1540 "

We may need the correct Reg. No from L&T which is TN12AQ1540. We were checking with L&T agent Syed, Gayathri for long time but we don't get proper response and update. Please check this and provide proper details ASAP .

Deepak this side, i have two wheeler loan from l&t in ranchi, jharkhand .

1. I had balance in my account but emi was not deducted and it was later presented to the bank after the Emi date, which lead add in bounce charge and ecs deduction in my account .

2. I have already paid my overdues, when I tried to pay this emi online to avoid last problem it's still showing me overdues and not allowing me to pay emi .

3. Employee who is in office of harmu road, he is too rude and abusive . He says I don't know how this company works and make false statements .

4. I am fed up of this nuisance, and if these will not be fixed i will move to consumer forum to file a case against l&t and their employee because I have all my statement and documents which explains my situation.

I want file a complain against L&T finance. I’m getting sms everyday in the morning by L&T finance regarding pre approved loan, which i never applied for. I’m attaching screenshots of the sms along with. Please take further action on it.

I am Mohd Rafi Hussain and I had borrowed a two wheeler loan from l&t finance in the month of oct 2021 of rupees 78, 931 rupees and mandates it for emi amount of 3339 rupees for 30 months. Hence emi start from 3rd December 2021 and I paid it well till 3rd October 2022. On 3rd October emi was bounce and ecs returned due to insufficient funds but on 4th October I paids Emi amount of rupees 3339+ bounce charges of rupees 413 the total is...
