change of emi date

Hi, i request you to please change my two wheeler emi date to 7th of every month as my salary gets credited on 6th. Now my current due date is 3rd and it will create problem. So i request you to pease change the date in which case all the emi will be paid on time. It will be really great if it is done now as i am still waiting for my salaty to credit

ecs return charge

From last 12 months i am paying 2180 emi by cash to the l&t collection guy. I was never told that there will be a ecs return charge of 177 per month. Today when randomly i was check my ac balance, i noticed there is a deduction of 177 rs and they charged that 27 times which is about 5000 rs. I already told them long back that i will pay the emi by cash and do not send any intimation to the bank. This is ridiculous.

about noc

I have noc but there is mistake in engine number. I requested to the branch about my shifting to other place, please issue me noc correctly but they asking for noc original copy which i don't have.

Almost 3times i visited to branch and request the same but authority lady arrogantly talk to me.

It's about 10 kilometres from my home. I need noc for hypothecation change and state change. Onward i have no to come...

torture and abuse

loan fraud

Dear Sir,

I have been receiving messages regarding loan repayment from L&T financial services on my mobile ([protected]). I have not taken any loan from here. This is a clear case of fraud where someone had taken a loan using fake documents and had given my number for the same or maybe someone from your organisation got it wrong in sending the information to the correct recipient. Whatever be the case this is really frustrating....

emi deduction (2 times the amount)

My l&t housing finance loan FIRST emi of INR 38K was due on 7th of nov. However i was shocked to see that 78K was deducted from my hdfc account.

I contacted Mr. Vijay Kamble and Rahul Sharma and found that it was due to some technical error. In my entire life i have not seen such a technical error wherein double the amount was deducted.

I was being assured by Vijay kamble that money will be refunded on monday...

deduction of monthly emi twice resulting in the the bounce of other bank emi

My l&t housing finance loan emi of rs. 40, 664 was on 7th of every month, this month it was deducted from my hdfc bank sb account on 12/nov/18, not once but twice.

This resulted in the insufficient fund for my another bank emi, hence, other bank emi was bounced back. Please see the screen shot of my hdfc bank account statement for your reference.

incorrect deduction from my account

I have received msg twice stating there was a deduction in his account and i don't no why once we missed to pay the due for particular month, lnt finance had sent an agent to collect money i have paid the due along with penalty please verify with lnt finance group for the date when they have sent the agent and after that we have not missed any payment...

Claim for maturity amount and interest/bonus of l&t infra bond
I purchsed l&t infra bond on 24.03.2012 for an amount of rs.. 20000/- (Rs. Twenty thousand only) and it matured on 23.03.2017 and i wish to get the matured amount with bonus and interest as applicable and hence, it is requested to do the needful to pay back my money with full interest and bonus...
