I want to close balance transfer / the loan. L&T customer service told me that their TAT was 15 days. I had submitted the request on 27th of Feb 2023. It's now, 21st of March and they are stating that it is still under process. My interest pmt is about 28k. So each day I will get charged 1k as Interest.
They are not allowing me to close my home loan. Each time I ask for a supervisor, team leader or a manager, they say that they are not available.
The customer service is pathetic. They refuse to give the call to the supervisor. I want to get out of this terrible company. It's pure mental harassment.
Please help me.
