[Resolved] L&t Finance — noc not issued after loan completion | |
I got two wheeler loan from l&t finance for buying passion xpro on july 2015. I have paid my installments correctly on all the months, but one or two months alone due to the company's system faults they didn't deduct the amount on time from my account. So they sent some representatives to collect the amount, that amount also i paid without any delay. But now they are saying that there is some pending penalty amount which i need to pay for my noc. The penalty is for their mistakes which i need to pay, this is completely ridiculous and feeling very bad. Was this information helpful? | |
