Street lights and lights installed in central park and Manmohan park at sector -B-1, SBI colony, Near- Ram Ram Bank Chauraha, Sitapur Road Yojana (between gate no.2 to gate no.3)were not working since last two days. We request you to please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

    Address: Rajeev Nagar, near ram timber pani gaon Indira Nagar

    Hi,
    I live in Rajeev Nagar( Near Ram Timber, Pani Gaon). Here there are 5-6 dogs in a street and are dangerous for kids as they play outside and they start barking around 12 am which is quite disturbing for us. We are unable to sleep peacefully. Kindly help on urgent basis

      In Vinamra Khand 3, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, 226010 their are many COVID-19 patient and many have recovered but it is still spreading for a betterment society and health of people please sanitise this area we will be very thankful.

          There is a dead cat in front of my home and i am covid infected quarantined inside my home. The lucknow nagar nigam kachra gaadi refused to clean the mess. I request lucknow nagar nigam to please clean this as soon as possible.

                Please correct house tax details.
                I received different amount massage for same financial year.
                massage on 07/04/2020 for FY 2020-21 H.Tax Bill is 497.
                same msg on 15/04/2020.
                again received massage for same FY 2020-21 H.Tax Bill is 11394 on 29/01/2021
                Again received massage for FY 2021-22 H.Tax Bill is 13565 on 16/04/2021 or 26/04/2021.
                why such hike in tax bill amount? i need clarification?

                      Cleaning of Drain not done from last 4 month.all drain lines are choked.During this pendamic covid 19.infection may spead.
                      Removal of house hold waste not done on regular basis.

                                Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.2518 frm A/c X2757 to Citrus Pay. Ref IGAKXUGMZ2 on 10Apr21.
                                Bank has sent mont to Nagarpalika and lying with its server. Amount not credited to my House ID 9157C13072.
                                I enquired from Bank and they confirmed money paid to Nagar Palika.
                                Please take necessary action and credit the amount against my House Tax.
