Dear team

I am a resident of PREM NAGAR Alambagh lucknow. My house comes under gurunanak ward zone 5. My area is having a severe problem of drainage system. The water is blocked due to lack of proper sanitation due to which all the drainage water comes inside the house. I request you to kindly look into this water as soon as possible.

It is intimated that Nalee and khadanjas are not benng cleaned in routine in Neelmatha Cantt Lucknow. There are 3-4 cases are dangue and this fact is in the knowledge of CMO office. You are requested to issue instructions to concern autjorities.

It's been 4 days the door to door garbage has not been collected..earlier also many times the garbage van failed to collect the garbage in a routine manner..

I would like to draw your attention towards the pathetic state of roads in my area for the last two years the roads in my area has been almost impassable I have made several oral complaints to both the Parshad and the Nagar Nigam about the conditions of roads in my locality but to no avail. the situation of roads in my sector G Jankipuram Lucknow is is full of potholes, Broken everywhere and resulting in lot of damage to vehicles, during rainy season the situation gets even worse the situation of roads is affecting the life of people I don't see any reason why roads are not being repaired in spite of several assurances of the Honorable Chief Minister after "Gaddha Mukt UP"assurance. kindly look into the matter and please make sure that the roads are repaired as soon as possible . sincerely yours, Rohit Yadav B-1/68, Sector-G, Jankipuram, Lucknow.

We appreciate LMC's initiative for door to door collection of garbage by a vehicle with announcement. Since, regular lifting of garbage is being managed successfully, therefore, it is requested to remove the Garbage Bin kept on Praag Narayan Road (narrow road) in front of 41-A, Praag Narayan Road, near IRS Officers Apartment.

2. This would certainly contribute to the beautification of area and boost hygiene & sanitisation for nearby residents. This would also stop evening road jams resulting in smooth movement of vehicles and pedestrians.

3. Kindly take suitable action on priority.

A dead body of animal, possibly a horde, is lying since long in a plot near thasemau talab, , gomtinagar, lucknow near amity university gate no.3 malhaur. Stench coming out of the body is likely to spread some serious disease to the people living in residential area nearby.
Necessary action needs to be taken at the earliest to remove it to prevent people falling sick on this ground. Matter has already been reported at complaints cell of lucknow nagar nigam but there is no response it is almost a week now... Body of animal is rotten and smell is spreading.

In the month of October 2020, bushes were cleaned at many places in Sector O, Mansarovar Yojana, LDA Colony, Kanpur Road Yojana, Lucknow, but many places have not been cleaned of bushes, due to which the residents of the colony. Is having discomfort.
Therefore, Sir is requested to take effective action against the officers / contractors who have been negligent in cleaning the bushes at the remaining places in the said colony.

I am from Officers Colony-UPPCL, 3-PN Road, Near- Kalyan Bhawan, Hazaratganj, Lucknow. In our colony Premises and nearby area too much mosquitos have been increased and continuosly increasing.
Here, fogging for these mosquitos to die out is required immediate as todays Typhoid and maleriya are spreading in serious and dangerous mode.

There is a illegal speed breaker in our colony vijayent khand gomti nagar lucknow because of it two accidents are held in our colony in one accident it was held with my daughter when she was riding bicycle in this month october on 11th october and one more very seveare accident was held in my neighbourhood last year in november end in that case victim’s bone was also visible they complained many times but nothing happend so i want u all to break this speed breaker until any such thing happens again

My home situated near sai chetna mandir, sampuran, tak rogi, indira nagar lucknow zone 7 ismilepur 2 ward. In my colony garbage not collected by nagar nigam staff and not cleaning the area by staff.

I live in Ruchi Khand-2, Sharda Nagar, Lucknow near Janki eye Hospital. The plot behind my house is empty for almost 15 years now and this irresponsible owner never came to occupy it. As a result some people have made it a dumping spot. They thow household garbage on daily basis and dirty clothes along with other waste which smells horrible and stray dogs and cows dwell there. Insects and mosquitoes are in abundance that can cause harmful diseases and a biggest threat to my family. Inspite of stopping them they regularly throw garbage and even argue and abuses too. This has become an eye sore to all o[censored]s. Strict action should be taken against this owner who forgot after buying the land and created problem for all o[censored]s. He should be fine according to the law. Collecting garbage is not enough because once the garbage is cleaned next day again the situation is same. The owner must built a boundary wall so that people won't find any empty land to dump garbage.

Hello sir,
I am a citizen of Lucknow, gomti Nagar, and I have a complaint that 3-4 days ago some people came to my house and taken our address and detail for garbage collection but no one came yet. And I also want a favor from you that please send anyone to collect garbage from us as now there is no place in our home to keep it as it is built-up from 5-6 days. Please resolve our problem, you want to make Lucknow a smart city but how can it be possible without doing work on time. Please it is a humble request from me to send anyone to collect garbage from us and complain that no one came yet. I also want to tell you that earlier we have a private garbage collector but since then she has also not seen.

I live in 1/145, Ruchi Khand-2, Sharda Nagar ( zone 5), Lucknow. And i would like to bring to your notice that behind my house there is an empty plot for almost 15 years and its owner has never came to occupy it. As a result some irresponsible people have made it a garbage dumping spot. Inspite of continously stopping them they wouldn't listen and even argue and abuse us for doing so. Nagar nigam garbage collecting van comes regularly but even though these people won't stop trashing behind my house.
It is affecting us in numerous ways firstly it causes bad smell and upon burning toxic gases enter into my house and causes breathing problems. Tons of mosquitoes and other insects attackes our family which can cause deadly diseases. It is a humble request to kindly help me and my family as we are the worst affected by this. This land owner should be sued for not occupying his land after so many years and by the law it is illegal too.
