This is to inform you that the sewer tank beside my house has been leaking for a few days and caused water logging in the drain making it a puddle for mosquito breeding. I hope you will take necessary action to save us from diseases like Dengue, Malaria etc.
Kindly do the needful to rectify the problem.

Sir,
The complaint was lodged on 1st October. No body contacted me. The situation is getting worse. We have to tolerate foul smell along with mosquito menace.
Please do the needful to rectify the fault in sewer line.

    Reason for complaint- Too much noise due to iron engineering works in residential area
    The shop is just in front of my home and from morning till night its noise is disterbing us . Now It becomes migraine for us.

          A dead dog is lying on road in front of eco garden near geeta palli mazar (Pin-226005) in alambagh lucknow since yesterday evening. Please get it removed as it is creating foul smell which is dangerous for the public health specially in these times.

                  I had made a payment of house tax for f. Y. 20-21 on 21/06/2020 and payment was successful but did not receive a receipt of house tax yet.. And it is still not updated on house tax site.. Kindly resolve it

                  I lodged this complaint 3 months ago but no actions has been taken from the department and no information provided about my complaint till date... Should i go for rti then you guys take action???

                              Road in front of my house is totally damaged for last one year and needs urgent repair immediately. Road has become full of potholes and has become unwalkable. This road is from parvin aata chakki to maurya janta aata chakki in star colony patel nagar indira nagar sector 9. We have made repeated complaints in last one year but no action has been taken so far. If this is not repaired urgently we are going to meet respectable cm shri yogi adityanath ji.

                                        CR Deva Palace has encroached upon the the road as well as parking space in front of our house.Due to which we face problems on a daily basis.
                                        The building has not provided and toilet and washrooms due to Which customers urinate and defecate in and around our neighborhood.
                                        They is no proper sanitization and garbage disposal in the building due to which they dirty our neighborhood and area around our house.There is no provision for parking due to which we have to suffer a lot. We are a fily of doctors and we are fed up of this.
                                        Also the encroached upon area has been given ven to street hawkers and vendors due to which their is hooliganism and alcoholism around our vicinity. We have lodged several complaints but no action hasn't been taken as of now.
