जानकीपुरम सेक्टर-H 4/बटे में तथा छुइया पुरवा गाँव में डेंगू बुखार का कहर एक महीने से जारी है तथा आये दिन जन हानि भी हो रही है। परन्तु निगम / शासन व्दारा कोई संज्ञान नही लिया जा रहा है।
निवेदन है कि कम से कम मच्छर की दवा छिड़काव की ब्यस्था कर दी जाये । म हान कृृपा होगी।

It has been 6-7 years and the garbage has accumulated frequently in the road leading to Alamnagar Railway Station.
The garbage consists mainly of plastic waste and left over food items.It is there in both sides of the road covering almost half of the road.This road along with garbage stretches to at least 500 meters

Dumpit broken at the middle of the road. few people got injured but not repaired even after complaining to Mahatma gandhi ward parshad Amit chowdhry. Kindly get it repaired asap. Thank u

There is no water line and Sewer line in the vicinity of House No B-3/421, Sec. 'O', Manasarovar, Lucknow.How can Nagar Nigam ask for payment of services which are not in existence. Please examine the availability of services before asking for payment .
please take necessary action in this regard.

I m resident of c-248, south city, raibareli road, lucknow-226025. Since last one month water supply is very dirty and having very bad smell too. When we approached the office of water supply situated in our colony, they refused to look into it . The concerned person sitting in the office behaved very abruptly and told that I should go to higher authorities.
I therefore request you to please look into the matter specifically in this pandemic period.

I am residing at 9/c 217 vrindavan yojna and with this application I would like to mention that around my above mentioned house there are plots are lying vacant since way back of their allotment resulting into growing o[censored]nwanted vegitations / unwanted trees which have became nuisance of insects and wild animals. Hence it is requested kindly get it cleaned so that all possible threads can be avoided .Thanks

I'm living in sector cs, aliganj, lucknow. I noticed, there are mosquitoes in our area and while standing in the room or street mosquitoes are in grave number also maybe due to stagnant water around.
I humbly request to you spray for mosquito control as prevention for dengue, etc.
Kindly help us by sending concerned personnel to this area for mosquito fogging as there have also been several cases for dengue in the locality.

This is with reference to the dirt spread in murli vihar, shanti nagar, lucknow by the residents of mr. Udaykant dixit, mrs. Anshu dixit & ms sapna dixit including his 10-12 tenants staying in his house behind canara bank that these people have become a nuisance to the entire colony and when we ask them not to spread dirt all around, the above mentioned ladies start abusing and tear their own clothes and go to local police station & lodge a complaint against all o[censored]s. These ladies also discharge the dirty water of septic tank during night using the motor pump into the open that is spreading dirt and may cause sickness to our small children.

The same has been reported two days back the copy of which has been enclosed. These ladies have misbehaved with the nagar nigam officers few days back and abused them.

Request you to kindly look into the matter seriously to avoid any fight in the colony.

I stay at 2/153 viram khand. There is supply water leaking from the ground since last one month resulting is water wastage and contamination.
Please repair the pipeline on priority

The nali by the side of no. B-1/31, 32, 33 etc.in sector - j, aliganj, lucknow has not been cleaned for the last one year & it is full of garbage, filth & grass. This needs urgent cleaning.

This is to inform you that areas of indira nagar like kurmanchal nagar, shakti nagar & ghosipurwa side people are living under stress & fear from local street dogs.
Continuously they are attacking & following the people who are walking & who are with their vehicles as yesterday a group of dogs chased my bike with very high speed in the colony only & as a result of which i fell down with my pulsar bike & got badly injured, a major fracture is there in my left elbow joint.
So, it's my humble request to higher authorities of lucknow nagar nigam that please listen to the pain of my & others also as the dogs are now totally uncontrollable...

Subject - Illegal construction on full fledge on Govt Naala/Road and now on government road as well.

This is to inform you that illegal construction of kachcha houses on Naala which is fully covered now and converted with fully brick cement house is in full fledge at 3 Nabiullah Road in the Lane going by the side of Mohan Homeopathic College with Toilets Bathrooms of Masjid as well with new toilet constructed just in last 2-3 days by one of the person who lives as well as rent out 2-3 houses on the road itself. Its very shameful as Past Governments were fully corrupt and the Nagar Nigam officials not fulfilling their duties to demolish these illegal constructions by taking any sort of action on this illegal construction flourishing on daily basis.

It has now become very difficult to even walk and pass by the road. I think its not correct to take law in hand and fight with any anti social elements individually.

Request to Please take a quick action in this regard towards fulfilling the Mission of Our Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji of building Smart City in India.

The manhole near GURU NIWAS, 9 BN ROAD, OPP. JAIHIND COMPLEX, there is a lane near the ONLY PEPUL TREE, on that road. It seems it's choked and is overflowing for months, bt due to the lockdown, complaint couldn't be registered. Please look I to the matter And do the needful.

This is to inform that one tree is growing day by day and might fall down on electrical supply wire same is outside of our house tried to getting this cut down but nobody is ready as electrical supply wire is passing through it would urge your support to avoid any incident.

I live in b-106 southcity. My dog who was just 8 months old was àttacked and killed by 3 other stay dogs in my locality. when he was found unconscious and with so much blood in the other lane we rush to take him. Covered with so much blood, they made holes in his body with their teeth still he was breathing so we bring him home and gave him injection but that day at evening he died due to so much pain. It is a matter of fact that those dogs can harm us also .So i request you to take strict action as soon as possible .

This is to inform you that the sewer tank beside my house has been leaking for a few days and caused water logging in the drain making it a puddle for mosquito breeding. I hope you will take necessary action to save us from diseases like Dengue, Malaria etc.
Kindly do the needful to rectify the problem.
