I am writing this complaint against the cleaning staff allotted to the area Indira Nagar, Lucknow-226016.

It's is very pathetic situation for all o[censored]s to store the garbage of past 8days. Inspire of calling to the toll free Number of Nagar Nigam regularly, we Did not get the solution of this. Every time we call to the number asking for the cleaning staff, there is only one response from the coordinator- "Dekhte hain".

The cleaning staff Did not come from past 8-9days. This is a humble request to please look into this issue as soon as possible.

I live in Balaganj, Railway Colony, Jal Nigam Road . There has not been any signs of pest killing machines which emit smoke that leads to killing of various pathogens and mosquitoes especially. So i request you to please inform the person responsible as there are many suffering from Dengue. [protected] please contact me its urgent please take this into notice

I live in Brahma Nagar (Triveni Nagar). The sewer drains of my whole neighbourhood are not cleaned regularly. They have been overflowing for long now. There are pigs and other cattle and the stagnant water is a hotbed of mosquitoes for dengue. Because sewer pipelines were laid, they have broken roads in many places but not reconstructed it. In the past I have contacted Nagar Nigam and Jal Nigam many times but no one seems to have done anything....

I live in Vishal Khand 4, and have to bring to your notice the Following:
1.The condition of Road outside my House is Pitiable and needs urgent repairs as it is potholed at least 20 places.
2.There is Cattle menace and at any given time there may be more than 20 Cows, Buffaloes, causing danger to mostly retired people who live here.
3.The Water Pipeline is probably broken due to Gas Pipes being laid, and needs urgent repairs.
4.The Graveyard wall is broken at two places and causes unauthorised entry to dubious people and may cause Law and Order problem

At dalibagh, lane opposite to narmada bhawan, lucknow where vips like civil servants, judges, journalist live in such a posh area, illegal construction activity going on and demolition of house carrying on. Resulting in huge dust & unfavourable atmosphere for old aged and children. Builder already planning to construct ground+5 floors where no flats can be constructed in such a small area. My request to lda to please stop the work and take action.

There are around 10-15 stray dogs in la place colony. They create lot of problem for the residentials here. Please take action on this immediately. Sometimes they scream at night disturbing our children, chase the people who comes home late night, follow small children while they are playing. Its very dangerous living here with these stray dogs and the residents of this colony also facing the same problem each day.

Sir - to draw your kind attention towords the park which is situated in ruchi khand -2 near firangi khera village.. Lying neglected from the bigning. The green area is littered with garbage and dirt, there is no lighting system, the walking track is broken and full of pits and the gate and railings of the park are missing.

Due to the negligence of the authorities, this park has becomemore of a nuisance than a facility. Stray dogs and cattle haveeasy access to this park and it has become a haven for antisocial elements.
My father complaind near about 80 times through mobile or inwritting but they are came to us and made a temporary solutions...
Please take a necessary steps towords about our problems..
This is not my personal complain, it's the complain from our society..

I have to inform you that for the last about 5 days all the street lights of road in front of k-1/1476, ashiyana colony, lucknow are not functioning as a result there is a total darkness in the night hours in this lane running upto chancellor club.

It is also found that no one from nagar nigam is doing the job of switching on and off the lights regularly.

Kindly arrange for early solution to this problem and oblige. Needless to write that complete darkness in the area poses threat to the security of people of this area and may result to any criminal incident.

Further to my unresolved complaint of my neighbour m/s chauhan loha bhandar, i have to say that his enchroachment is still fearless.
Footpath and surounding area is covered with maurang, bricks and his tractor somethimes difficult to get out of my gate.
My complaint was given to some nagar adhikari who never contacted me and made some understanding with the culprit, now he is making unauthorised shop and making his roadside portion too high to log water infront of my gate. He has alraedy broken the covers of the side lanes drentches and stole all tiles to make use for him from tin shed to pavement.
I am feadup and if this complaint is not looked into properly it will be directed to nagar vikas mantri for his action.

My neighbour at vikas nagar 4/1052 lucknow is storing water in open in vacant big flower Pot out side his house and thereby inviting the dengue spread in the society.
there are Big Flower Pots in which they are storing water in open which alreay got dirty due to storage in open and it may spread dengue in the locality.

request to kindly get it reaolved and ask the neighbours to keep the environment clean and tidy

This is to complain that:-

1) a huge tree fell on road and the same has blocked passage.

The location is :- behind eram school, c-block, indira nagar (near house no. c-2001/22, 23, 24.

Please arrange to remove it / clear the passage at the earliest.

2) lots of stray cattles gather at this location and create obstacle for passers by blocking the road. also, they spread filth and dung on the road which smells bad.

Please arrange to remove them.

3) there are so many street dogs which keep barking at people and chase. there is fear of dog bite while walking in the colony.

Pl arrange to remove them immediately.

I live in dandaiya bazaar, aliganj. My house is built above my shop. Whenever it rains heavily the water on the roads gets filled and comes over an expected level which makes the water enter all the shops in the queu. The reason behind this is simple i. E. Improper treatment of sewers and naalis infact no proper treatment has been done to improve the condition from a very long time.

No authority is concerned with what is happening over here. Its a marketplace and as usual many shop owners (Because of no restrictions) have come on roads to put stalls for years which have now been converted into concrete part of there shops. And following one another many of them have done so which has also lead to blockage of naalis.
Please take some strict and quick action against this or else if it will be more late then a day will come when water which is just entering the shops will flood them and ruin business and livelihood virtually of people residing here.

I m a resident of 1575 sec i and its been more then 15 days we are chasing officers to clean the sewer drainage aystem..... For which complaint was logged a month back.... Few safai boys vi sited cleaned the sewer but in a span of 10 days sewer line is again choked which itself signifies.... The casualty of work.... Kindly get this done on priority as it is causing lots of infections and disturbance to the society members.... Thank you mr s n shukla

Dear sir,
As per 5 persons are suffering from acute dengue. One person is hospitalized in sgpgi lucknow, and other's are taking treatment in private hospitals. Many peoples are suffering from viral fever. Fogging work not conducted hole season. Fogging m/c came on dated 25/09/2016 in 5.30 pm., but return back without fogging, telling that fogging m/c. Is not working. So please arrange to fogging work being done immediately as soon as possible, for saving from dangerous dengue decease.

Hi,
This complain is regarding selling off parking space in the basement of a building by the builders for extra profits leaving the whole street into chaos and mess. Now there is illegal parking of vehicles all over the street which make commute impossible for local residents.

Building address is 110/47, hari nath banerji street, naya gaon east, lucknow.
Action must be taken against the builders immediately and parking of vehicles on the street should be stopped.

Main nala adjcent to house no 167 sector 11 takrohi road lucknow is blocked since last several years as result of it has become a breeding ground of insects. Situation may so verse by now and diseases may take place in the colony if no action is taken immediately. During rainy season this area is floaded with water and traffic is also at halt.
During recent heavy rain in lucknow this area becomes like a flooded rever. Person going aside the road was going to drown in five feet deep nala. Somehow this person was saved from this mishappening.

Siir/maam i am a resident of sector m-1127 aashiana colony kanpur road lucknow.. I want to complain about the sewer which is overflowing in plot no: m[protected]. We are facing many problems due to this.. And even the empty plots having the unnecessary bushes may lead to dengue.. Kindly pay attention toward our problem.. And please take the action as soon as possible..

मैं 559ख/112, श्रीनगर, आलमबाग, लखनऊ निवासी हूं i सफाई कर्मचारी सड़क की नाली का कूड़ा मेरे घर के दरवाजे पर डाल देते हैं और इस कूड़े को ये लोग उठाते नहीं हैं कहते हैं कि यह मेरा काम नहीं है और यह कूड़ा ऐसे ही पड़ा रहता है i इस कूड़े को देख कर और लोग भी यही पर गन्दगी फैलाने लगते हैं i सुपरवाइजर से बात करने पर भी वह नहीं सफाई करवाता i कृपया इसे साफ़ करवाने की कार्रवाई करें i

I would draw your attention to the fact that severe water logging happens during slightest of rains opposite Neelgiri Complex in A block of Indira Nagar.

Though this happens to be a main road of Indira Nagar but has not been repaired since years. Due to water logging entire one side gets blocked and traffic moves on the other side of the road in opposite direction.

As this road connects two prestigious schools it becomes your responsibility to get the root cause identified and provide solution ASAP to prevent a major accident to happen.
