We are highly in trouble. Please help us. In Nadarganj area near Nadarganj marriage lawn Lucknow, drainage system is not available. We do not have even proper roads and location is full of dirty water and waste and garbage. We can not walk outside house, water can cover our feet. Cabs deny to come to this area. Situations gets worse in rainy season. We shall be grateful if problem will be resolved.

Dear Lucknow Nagar Nigam,
I would appreciate if you can remove and neuter number of stray dogs in A Block Indira Nagar behind lekhraj market.

These dogs have caused misery to the residents and bitten number of people. It's becoming really difficult for people to walk to their home in night.

The dogs have given litter in the 2 parks. Hence, residents can't use the park as these dogs are territorial.

It would be appreciated if these dog menace can be addressed at the earliest.

I have purchased a plot at swastika colony ahamamau lucknow behind the surya hotel. There is a 11000KW electric lines passing over the residential plots which is hampering the construction of several plots. I urge you to please look into this matter and ensure to do the needful as soon as possible.

Sweeping of road before our house is requested. After Sweeping remains should.be shifted promptly

Dear Sir,
I am a regular feeder of Cows etc in the roadside of Devi Khera while comming to office at Telibagh Near Municipality camp office near purana Chungi. One blackish male calf is tied by its owner when it was younger now as he has grwon up the Rope has become tighten around his neck. I alongwith local people tried couple of time to hold the calf to cutoff the rope as it runs away. Today I found him sitting on the bounder wall despite calling for feeds he appears to be sick may be because of pressure of rope around its neck.
Since he is a male calf the owner seems to have abandoned and made him roam freely but didn't either loosen the rope nor cut it to freed him. My humble request to rescue the calf to make the rope unsackled so that this hapless animal can breath and live

I am Vijay Singh resident of B 346 Rajajipuram Lucknow. I had filed a complaint that two street lights in front of my house are not lit for a long time, whose Complaint ID is -2996354 which I received through mail I was told from the municipal corporation that there is a light outside your house Will be corrected in two days but not corrected even after five months. After 15 days one light was fixed but the other was left as it is. Please kindly fix the street light outside my house. So that I and the common people do not face any inconvenience in passing through at night. This is happening when I have filed a complaint online and off line.

The sewage and pipeline is blocked with the waste and due to which water us pumping out .Constant efforts are made by the workers that we called but there is no solution to it .
I request you to see this problem and solve at the earliest as we are facing a lot of problems.

Respected, Sir, Mam I here by to inform you that the drainage anf garbagr problem is worst in situation to our colony, not any sweeper seems to collect waste material or garbage from homes in cause peoples are thowing their waste and garbage at any place or point cause of the cleaninnes is going worst in situation please resolve this issue

1. I am an owner of plot No. KH-3/125, khargapur, (Ward Name- Vistarit Area Part-II) Lucknow falling under the jurisdiction of Zone-4 of Lucknow Municipal Commissioner.
Area in which my plot is situated is recently came under the municipal limit.
2. When, I come to know my that my plot has fallen under the jurisdiction of Nagar Nigam, my representative approached Office of Zone-4, inspection of plot was carried out and plot No. KH-3/125 has been assigned to my plot.
3. Now, I want to deposit house tax for which my representative had again approached Office of Zone-4. The concerned clerk Mr. Ghanshyam is neither creating House ID nor informing amount of Annual Tax.

Prescribed form is also enclosed.

Please transfer my application to concerned official for desired action.

Our colony is suffering from rabid dogs attacking children.

Large number of stray dogs also make the residents scared to go out in the evening and at night due to the fear of getting bitten.

Several people have already gotten bitten.

Repeated complaints by different residents to Lucknow Municipal Corporation (LMC) have not resulted in any intervention.

there are five street dogs in my locality who make nuisance whole night spilling the dirt all over the gate of our houses and biting children. jumping on our cars.

I am a resident of S-108K, Shakti Nagar, Faizabad Road, Lucknow. In front of my gate sewage cover of connecting sewage chamber has been broken. Requesting you to repair or change the cover.

I have already filed a complaint to Sewage India Pvt. Ltd. (Call Centre:[protected]) with a complaint having SCRM number (C[protected]) on 25th Feb-22 but they said that connecting chamber is not in their scope.

Today at 1 p.m I parked my XUV 700 at hajratganj multi level parking but lost my parking slip on the way . The peoples at the exit gate were asking additional 50 rps and photo ID. These peoples are behaving just like goons, very rudely and unethical which in turn ruining the image of lucknow city . Why they are asking additional 50 rps of fine if the owner submitted the photo ID for the loss of the parking slip . Please take necessary action against these types of goons .
