Roll no. AA7371627 Hello, My name is Priyanka Jain, have done my B.B.A(Industry Integrated) from a Off Learning Campus (NIAM) 2007-10 batch. I have filler all the requirement of forms for my mark sheet, provisional and degree for my graduation in Sep 2010 . By these I received my mark sheet and provisional of course within the 6month. But after that I havent received DEGREE from university side . How ever I tried so many time to contact in admin department to Mr. Rajan and Mr. Hemant . They very rarely pick calls but never answer well when we talk about degree matter. Pls suggest what I have to do.?

Respected Sir/Madam, I had done U.G (English Literature) and had completed final year in November 2013. I gave exams for all papers but when I received the mark sheet, there are no marks for the language paper IQ4 and IQ3 and is printed Re-appear. This is the second time it happened. I have complaint it to the study centre many times but nothing can be done. i have applied with dd 1000 on 12.08.2013 for bba convation with all relavent doc like provisional cetificate, mark sheet, application dully filled up, and course completion certificate. till today after so many remainders and phone call to ext 220 .. there is excuses as today leave.. cal after some time.. send once again copy like that... i donot know what to do now...

I have cleared all subjects in April2013 and been following with Centre 817 Bangalore for Degree Completion Certificate and Mark sheet but now its one year and still i have not received certificate from University. Since last three months, i started following with Unversity but not receiving favourable reply. pls help...

Dear Sir/Madam,


I have completed my BBA in 2013 December and passed in all subjects. I need to obtain my final degree certificate urgently for a higher education purpose which I have to join before October end.


I have been communicating with the institute in sharjah where I sat for the exam and they are not in a position to help me due to the fact that university staff not in their reach.And this is not an acceptable answer for my situation. I have worked so hard for last 3 years to get the degree certificate for a specific reason.


I need to obtain this certificate before end of July at any cost. I request your kind and prompt help regarding this matter.


As it's been six months from the date of exam I feel it's sufficient time to issue the certificate by the university.


Last year my husband missed the opportunity of enrolling to a overseas masters degree because of the same delay happend to his certificate from MKU. Due to our personal and family situation we are not in a position to face the same scenario once again.


This is a humble request from my end to arrange my final certificate urgently before end of July.


Please reply to me urgently and please advise if any cost envolve in this in order to provide the same.

I JILY KURIAKOSE (En.no-11A4720009) has not yet received migration certificate .i have applied it on januvary 10th 2014. I call to the university many times but there is no response .Every time they take all details and give same reply call/ tomorrow/next Monday please send my migration Certificate. Please take necessary steps immediately.

I completed my graduation in 2011 (B A English) and till date I have not received my final marksheet, provisional certificate and degree. After getting the result, I waited patiently for the mark sheet for first 4 months. They kept on saying it will come after 2 days, 6 days, 15 days, 30 days but it never came. After sending someone at the university. I was informed to check with study center. Which I did accordingly. I was told that university has sent the required documents to study center. I spoke to study center people about this they said I did not pay my first and final year fee and i need to pay that first. However, I did pay all my fee and my only mistake i did not keep any proof of that so paid the fee again. And study center people told me that university has not sent the required documents and they will only send it once the university get the fee. And I was told to check after 20 days, which I again patiently did. 20 day period never ended. Till told i am told by the study center that university has not sent my documents yet. I have completely given up hope of getting my Final Marksheet, Provisional Certificate and Degree. Madurai Kamaraj University thank you for spoiling my career and the years I wasted.

Sir i gave exam in NOV. 2012 of m.sc maths I am from haryana karnal centre name IPSE code 885. I am not recieve my markstatement. I call to the university many times but there is no responce .Many time they said that your markstatement will be dispached within two or three days and many time they said your markstatements has been sent . But when i go to the centre the staff said that your markstatemtnt not reach here. please send my markstatement emiditly.I shall be very thankful to you. please sir

I did my post graduation(M.Sc., Tourism & Hospitality Mgmt) lateral entry in Madurai Kamaraj University through Distance education. I paid my direct second year fee and received my second year books. I wrote all the theory papers and got first class, but they didn't cal me for my practical exams. i waited for 1 year then i did it. Even i got the result for the same. So far i didn't receive my practical mark sheets as well as my Course completion certificate. I went twice to the university but they are asking me to pay the fee for one more year. They are not responding well. They are simply telling that I did only regular course and not as lateral. Then how they allowed me to write both year theory papers and how they published my results.

I am a student of Madurai Kamraj University, Madurai, Distance Education,Gwalior Study Centre, course BBA(Computer Application) registration No. 10A4760087, 3rd Year Exam Appeared on Apr 2012. I was declared failed in one paper (paper Code BCM-9 Marks) and less marks on another. I have submitted necessary aplication alongwith requisite fees for revaluation. University had informed me that I got passed marks (Instead of 9 it is 49 Marks in BCM) during inquiry on Feb 2013. Several phone calls & register as well as speed post regarding the subject has been made with the university and Study centre, whereas I dont get the Provisional Degree as well as Consolidation of mark sheet has not been received till date. I could not take any admission for further post graduation. I have already wasted one year. Please Help.

The below is the complaint, i tried reaching them with the emails listed in their website, no body responds, I feel they are fraudulent as one of the email address [protected]@mkudde.org listed on the website is invalid and bounced back.
The other email person doesn't even respond. [protected]@yahoo.com what kind of institutes are they running and making money, I don't understand and am frustrated. Please see that I get the right kind of response and my degree.

I enrolled in MKU distance education for[protected] at SR nagar centre, Hyderabad location, Andhra Pradesh.
The person in the centre asked me to take exams with the Enrolment number:A2A9552732. When I contacted them after passing my exams, they said I had a conflict of enrollment no and my registartion no. matched that of another person and both o[censored]s passed. I even contacted another main office as they directed but they didn't respond properly to my request and said they would look into that, after that I had to come to US, so couldn't contact you.

I also need further info on distance education through your University. Please respond and resolve my problem.

Looking forward to get back from you ASAP, tis would atleast take off the bad experience I had with a reputed university like yours. Hope you understand and have empathy and do the needful and respond as I spent money on my PGDCA, passed it and couldn't get certificate and marks sheet after all the hard work and time and money spent.

One more thing is when I tried meeting the main person in the head office at Hyderabad in 2003, the staff tried to talk nicely and didn't even allow to go and talk to the main officer at the main branch in Hyderabad. I don't remember the palce names in Hyderabad but when you search by my name you will get into all the details, please do the needful.

I have completed the BCA Course through Distance Education mode in April 2012 and i did not get the mark cards and Degree certificates.I tried to call University many times and not getting proper reply just they are transfer the call here and there.
I sent many mails and i did get any reply.i got the govt job and i need to submit these documents.

Please suggest how to proceed.

I have enrolled for BBA course through NIAM, Delhi from Madurai Kamaraj University, my registration no is A9A4610340 and centre Code is 884 . I have passed out in the year Apr 2011 but I have not received my provisional till date. has putted my request to NIAM so many times but they are saying that we are unable to do anything and asking me to coordinate directly to University else I have sent them a draft along with the Mark sheet from First Flight courier via AWB - ZD6037760 but not received any information so far. I have struggled for my mark sheet for say about six months now for Provisional Certificate. This kind of service in Educational field is not acceptable at all, Such a pathetic service.
Also note that i have lost my Consolidated Mark sheet else i am sending Draft , Duplicate copy, Affidavit and police complaints, request you to process the same asap once the same delivered to you
