Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Delay in Refund of Security Amount

Sir,
This is to inform you that I got my MTNL Landline No. 22612665 disconnected due to poor services and submitted Landline Instrument at Mayur Vihar, Phase 3 Delhi Exchange along with intimation to Sanchar Haat of MTNL at Mayur Vihar, Phase -1. Till Sept, 2024, I didnt get any response from MTNL Accounts Deptt and I was told to submit refund application at MTNL Accounts Deptt at Laxmi Nagar Delhi. I submitted Refund Application along with cancelled cheque to Acctts Deptt. Even after that no response till Nov, 2024 and then i met DGM Finance at MTNL Karkardooma, where i was assured that refund process will be done on priority. But till today no positive response fro MTNL.

Please check and Process refund as soon as possible.
