Mahindra First Choice [MFCWL] — Complaint regarding staff behavior

I was shown win for a vehicle from l&t and then therefore i went to pune yard on 11th july to get the vehicle that time i asked your employee dilesh gujaran as to when i'll get noc for the said vehicle and "you'll get it in 15 days", he replied. Then after one month i approached him and "you'll get it in one month", he replied, however, now even after 2 months i've got no noc.

After that 2 more activas were released for me and it's been more than one and half month but so far no noc has been provided for the same.

The ridiculous thing about it is: i got activa released from the yard, i also made the payment for it and not only that i also sold the activa to one of my customers but after one and half months recovery team from l&t finance comes to recover the vehicle and they speak rudely with my customers. What kind of vehicle business is this? L&t finance hasn't even updated systems enunciating that the payment was made. Why their data isn't yet been updated? Recovery agency is still been given the old data for recovery. Who'll compensate if something happens to the vehicle during this process? My customer said that i want noc at the soonest and if in case, the recovery team comes again for recovery, i'll register a police complaint.

I've attached a screenshot of my conversation the customer.

When i told dilesh that i haven't received noc yet, he asked me to email him with vehicle details as for which all vehicles i haven't yet received the noc so i did email him.

Then after two days when i asked him the status it, he tried to escape from it and answered: "i've emailed fcl.
Then i told him that this is not a concrete answer since you email the finance company after two months. I requested for a proper date as to when exactly i'll get nocs, he replied:"it's not my work, you may directly talk to l&t finance.
Then i told him that certainly, i'll speak to the l&t finance, however, the bidding was done through edigg.
Yet, i spoke to one of the employees in l&t named: vivek in regards with noc, "i'll let you know tomorrow", he replied. Saying okay i granted him the time. As there was no reply from him on the next day, i contacted him and he too tried to escape from the work and replied: "contact auction house".

So, i asked him, what do you mean by 'auction house'? Please mention someone's name so that i might approach the right person, however, he never replied.

For your reference, i've attached the screenshot of my conversation with him, please have a look at it.

Now you tell me if i'm getting such deceiving answers, answers wherein people push their responsibility on others, what should i do and whom should i approach?

Dilesh walks and talks in such an attitude as though he owns the company. No company owner would ever show such an attitude.

I made payment on time for each vehicle i got approval for even when some vehicles were greatly damaged and broken and i did no complaints about it. But if your employees will show such a great attitude and answer as though they've got no responsibility there then i should also say: "we'll do it later" for making payments.

For this very reason, i did not make payment for one vehicle only and immediately they blocked my ediig id. You may block my id for the specific finance company for which, the payment wasn't made but why has this been blocked for other finance companies for which i made regular payments?

If in this way you keep blocking ids for all customers then no customer would show any interest in it.

As you know it very well that your employee has blocked many ids before and if he keeps blocking ids for all then how will the company run it's business?

The only best way to run a business is have all come together and bind the customers with good service so that they'll stick to it and will not depart from it.

A business needs support of each other to be maintained.
