[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — money has deducted without confirming the flight ticket

Hi,

Yesterday 11th april 2019 i booked the spicejet flight ticket from my makemytrip account but without getting confirmed ticket booked, money of rs. 5, 520 has been deducted from my account.

Can you please look into this issue and please return my money back so that i can re-book my ticket once again.

Using netbanking through kotak mahindra bank account. The reference no. [protected] for bank transaction.

Please kindly reply and please help me on this issue how to recover my money.

I got a call from one person named Ajay saxena ([protected]) saying he is from Makemytrip and will refund my ticket fare 5, 520. He asked me to download phonepe and create upi and VPA num for kotak mahindra bank. I did it and gave my upi num to him. He called my and asked me to follow some instructions. now instead of creditting my money he has deducted 20, 520 from my account.

when I called him no response from him. If he is reading this msg immideatly call me otherwise now I am going to police station.

Please help on this. Makemytrip team please kindly help me on this.

Updated by Mamul The above complaint that I gave regarding makemytrip. That person told me his name is Ajay sexna but while doing trasaction his name was coming NAVEEN KUMAR.

Naveen immediately transfer my money back otherwise police will catch you very shortly.

You are a fraud person and your mobile is now switched off.

Please take action against him. he is a fraud person and his mobile no. +91 [protected] is coming switched off from 12 April 2019. After he did fraud transaction switched off the mobile.

Updated by Mamul I don't know who is updating fraud person mobile no to protected, can you mark my mail id also as protected as i don't want to share my details in this post as it is not a secure site.
Because from here fraud person Naveen (mob.[protected]) has taken my mobile no and called and did fraud with me. so please mark this person as fraud person and please block him from this site so that others can be saved from fraud activities.

1 It is unclear, where is the e-ticket from your complaint

2. Your complaint is unclear and has lack of evidences, such as extracts from the bank account or of the merchant, related to ecah transaction.

If you have the reference of the Kotak Mahindra bank account and,
if you know your rights and
you have the contract related to your account maintenace,
you can request the refund from them.
