I have been using marrow pro since a couple of days and it was of one of my friends earlier.He got selected in Neet pg this year and i had to take a drop again also he had few months of marrow left to use so i took his marrow and renewed it again!
I had mailed marrow legal team regarding the number change/email change keeping the privacy and legal concerns from marrow in mind .
I was asked to upload documents for kYC verification which i did by uploading my aadhar card after changing the account name to mine.
And its been 5days now i have been logged out and blocked stating kyc non compliance.
With due respect sir we have maintained the privacy and only i was using marrow that too from my devices.
Also i had few days back ordered E6.5 notes as well.
I had mailed legal team but its been 5days now havent got any reply.
I have my INICET on the edge and its very traumatic to not revise or read anything.
Sir please i understand this is personal but please if you could please help me i will be grateful to you.
